Established in 2012.

Office in Pomona open since 1990’s. The Palm Desert office focuses on representation of clients with overwhelming debt issues from credit cards or taxes, and criminal defense from traffic, to misdemeanors and felonies.

The Pomona office provides the same services it always has in fighting for our clients who have personal injury, estate planning and business law cases.

David A. Wiesen is the lead attorney in tax, bankruptcy and criminal defense matters at the Palm Desert Office of Eric D. Paris & Associates. He is licensed in all Courts in California since 1991. He lives in the Coachella Valley and has primarily practiced here since 1998. David has a «Superb Rated» 9.7 AVVO rating, and a «Distinguished» BV Martindale Hubbell peer rating.
