A company is only as good as its employees, Firstly the girl answering the phone very sweet and polite, Whoever owns this company should be commended all the way, The salesman Darren very very knowledgeable and very fair on pricing then came the installation the guys were the neatest most tidy construction crew ive ever seen they had company shirts on they set up their own tables to work on they were very organized and all the time were very informative and very polite. I actually enjoyed having them here. We love our Dropshades and highly recommend this first class company. Very Professional… Way to go guys.

Skip this company. Absolutely never returns phone calls. I called because the shade they put in broke. They wouldnt come out and fix it. They keep dodging my
calls. Its been weeks. Customer service should be number one priority but it isn’t with them.

I was looking for someone to repair some power shades that were installed by a now defunct blind company. They were fixed and working in a couple hours. Because of it’s size, Daren, recommended a 120 connection, instead of replacable battery. No mess. It was installed that day. Since then I’ve used them for awnings and blinds on several commercial buildings. Fast, clean and dependable… they come highly recommended!
