I love this store! I have been to several Diane’s stores, this one is the cream of the crop. It’s very open, always clean and has tons of cute stuff! The staff is warm and welcoming. I’ve been helped by Marissa and Courtney they are so helpful and make shopping fun. The bathing suits and cover-ups are on the pricier side but if you’re going on vacation or want a great fitting suit with matching cover-ups and accessories this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

I love this Dianes! I had a pleasant experience & all the girls working were so helpful! I would suggest going to this Dianes out of all the ones in the desert. They offer the best customer service & have a much bigger selection!

After stopping at the Diane’s on Hwy 111 at The River, we were directed by their salesgal to the location on El Paseo, as we were told they had a bigger selection. They did, and offered tankinis, which the location at The River did not. The El Paseo location seemed to appeal to a wider age range, which was great for me. The young lady working there(Summer?) was very patient and helpful, bringing me all sorts of styles to try on. She asked all of the right questions. Ambiance was wonderful, parked right out front for free! I was surprised, however, that the store did not have any full-length mirrors, except for the ones in the tiny dressing rooms. Only other down-side was that they were a little pricey, but understandable for that area.

Diane’s Swimwear on El Paseo in Palm Desert, CA has the WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I have ever experienced from any clothing store in my life! REALLY. Be very careful when you buy from them because they have a NOREFUND policy even when they sell a malfunctioning item! Here is the RIDICULOUSSTORY. My daughter, who is in college and leaving for a study abroad trip, bought a swimsuit to take on her trip, from Diane’s on El Paseo yesterday; paid $ 161.00(spent a large part of her savings), came back to hotel, wore it swimming,(with only me fortunately), because when the suit got wet, ITBECAMECOMPLELETELYSEE-THROUGH! We called Diane’s and told them what happened and said we needed to return it. They said they could only offer an in-store credit or credit for an on-line purchase. We told them an in-store credit wouldn’t work because she was leaving Palm Springs that night to return to Spokane, WA. An on-line credit wouldn’t work either because she was leaving on her trip abroad and doesn’t have the time to wait for a shipment to arrive(she needs to try it on and buy it ASAP to take with her). So now, she doesn’t have a suit that is appropriate, she is out $ 161.63(that is a HUGE amount for this college student) and she leaves too soon to do a mail order. I called Diane’s corporate office and progressed all the way up to Diane’s underling who after many blank minutes of being on hold, came back with the company line«I cannot give you a refund at this time, only a store credit or on-line credit». I will NEVER shop at a Diane’s store ever again, and if you do, BEWARE!
