We contacted to have Del’s seal the grout in our tile floor. They had us clear everything our for 1.5 days, Wednesday and Thursday of the week we were moving in. We cleared out all the boxes, etc. off the floor. They never showed up. After calling them, one man showed up on Thursday at 4:00, took one hour to squirt the grout and left. No cleaning, just squirting the sealer. They are demanding the full $ 1,000 for one hour of work, not the contracted amount of time and effort. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
