Established in 2010.

After spending nearly a decade with Best Best & Krieger LLP, Roman M. Whittaker teamed up with J. John Anderholt III, the son of long time Coachella Valley lawyer John Anderholt Jr., to form Anderholt Whittaker LLP. The predecessor Anderholt firms have been a mainstay in the desert community for the past 35+ years, since the days of Erwin & Anderholt, LLP.

Roman W.

Business Owner

Roman has been personally invested in the Coachella Valley, both financially and philanthropically, since moving to Palm Desert in 1999. Roman’s wife owns the clothing boutique Blonde at The River in Rancho Mirage, and knows first-​hand the issues confronting small business owners today.

Roman lives in Palm Desert with his wife and two sons. He is a Past President of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce and is active with the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee. Roman also sits on the Board of Directors of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) — Inland Empire Chapter — Coachella Valley Branch, through which he helps foster the development and promotion of sustainable strategies and clean technologies in the Coachella Valley.
