Paul started in the audio video industry in 2000 when he went to work for The Good Guys in Tustin CA. At that time Paul’s experience was in the residential construction giving him an advantage when doing custom installations. Paul quickly become a professional in the audio video industry moving up In the company eventfully managing 35 custom install departments in southern California. After The Good Guys closing in 2005 Paul decided to start his own audio video company with his focus on integrity.

I found Paul from Craigslist because he had pics of his work. As always, I remained skeptic because you never know if the pics were actually his work, but that went away once we spoke. Upon calling him, he listened and detailed what he could do to give my living room a cleaner look in a professional manner that convinced me of his expertise. He was flexible and offered to come on a weekend or work with my work schedule so that the work can be done properly.
He was professional, yet comfortable enough to have casual conversations such as talking about poker, all while working on the project. I would recommend his work and I even plan to hire him again in the future when my next project is up!

I needed a 55″ TV to be hung on my game room wall a few days before Superbowl 50. I called Paul and let him know what I needed. He provided same day service and did an excellent job. I have a home theatre that is way too complicated for the average person. My universal remote which made the entire system work just like a simple TV went out. Pacific Sales recommended Paul and he was on time, professional and set me up with a new Universal Remote. After working with the new remote, I had a couple of issues. Paul came out a second time and worked on the system for well over an hour so that it worked perfectly… no charge. He clearly wants satisfied customers. He knows what he is doing, is very pleasant and understands how to set up these complicated systems so that I can just hit the turn on button and my TV, my amplifier and my surround sound all come on without thinking about it.

My wife and I just had the pleasure of doing business with Paul. His services were very professional and clean using drop cloth’s and booties. We had 5 flat screen TVs hung. Paul also did our surround sound and programed our universal remote. We didn’t have to put one foot in a store. He came with all the product, brackets, cables etc. Oh and also set up our network to everything. I will recommend 1 Touch audio video to all my friends.
