Food and smoothies are amazing but your guaranteed to wait at least 20 minutes for just a smoothie! The wait is ridiculous … I try to call in my order but half the time they don’t answer the phone. FYI the health nut smoothie & chicken pesto flatbread are delicious ! If you sign up for the text messages on Sunday’s and Tuesday’s smoothies are 3.19 instead of 4.69÷4.99!

The customer service skills are terrible at this location. Not only was the register girl nasty and in a bad mood, but she completed messed up my order and then when she brought it out to the table, she just plopped it down.

One of local favorites but almost always a wait food has been consistently good and fresh and we love the smoothies though sometimes I wish they had a variety of sizes. Sometimes I just want a small one. My fav is mocha madness and really can’t bring myself to try anything else. I’m not crazy about banana in drink form and a lot of choices include banana. My daughters fav is pomegranate plunge but she is more open to trying more of the offering than me. I like having the option of Splenda instead of sugar. Overall a great place. Would give five stars except for the wait time but I totally understand when you are making up fresh smoothies and flat bread for each order there is just no way to do it quickly enough to avoid some wait time. I have yet to have bad or rude service. Everyone has always been friendly but I’ll be on the look out and update accordingly

I don’t live in Flagler, but I go often to visit — and when I do, I always make it a point to go to TSC.
So first, the food is amazing and the smoothies are always on point. I try something new every time, and I’ve never tried something I didn’t like.
Second, the service is GREAT. The people who run the place are super caring and always so considerate. Really great people. :)
The only downside is that, during lunch, it’s always busy — so if you’re going to go, call in ahead of time and order to pick up. (But even then, they work as fast as they can and get through the orders!)
Definitely recommend this place!

This place CONSISTENTLY has terrible service. I watched the shift manager ignore me at the counter only to text on her phone in the back. The other two girls never said «be right with you»…nobody ever comes to the counter! The owner is irritating on his cell phone and never helps when it’s busy. Terrible.

MMMMM! My favorite place to grab a smoothie. The service can be slow but the wait is always worth it for me. I’m here all the time and often find myself saying I wish they had a rewards program lol. Pomegranate Plunge and Kiwi Quencher are my fave!:)

Way too slow. Incredibly slow. Employees move at snail pace. Took 30 minutes to get one smoothie with the dining room half full

This is my second time here but first time eating here. I came in the other day and and purchased two smoothies. They both were delicious and priced good and were ready within a few minutes! Today I came in for lunch. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and another smoothie, a different one from last time. Again, it was great and the sandwich was excellent! Service was fast and people were friendly! I’m definitely making Tropical Smoothie Café a regular place to eat it!

The staff and the owner of this place are super friendly and genuinely good people. I would go back just for the service but the food and Smoothies were good too.

This place is great, it is one of my lunch spots that I visit often. Food taste great and a great selection of smoothies. Owners are the best and will make you feel right at home.

I went back for more. Kids got their free cookies & their meals were really good. My smoothie was excellent. The Wednesday & Sunday text message deals are great. Support this place.

I’ve had salads and wraps here and they were both lackluster. The sesame chicken had only a few small strips of chicken and was mostly lettuce. Crispers has much more ingredients in their salads for the money. What happened to getting a salad for 6 – 7 $ that was so big it could be split into two meals? Not in Palm Coast. Extra star for good service though:)
