Excellent place they’re the ones responsible for me not smoking anymore I owe them debt of gratitude

Purchased a new tank a couple of weeks ago and was leaking juice at time of purchase. I assumed the employee resolved the issue with the tank but after 2 weeks I went to use it and it leaked a complete tank full. Brought the tank back in to have it repaired.

I came across this vape shop by chance and was definitely impressed. I am from Miami which seems to have a vape shop every corner but none of them compare to this gem. To start his place has a great product selection: tons of mods, atomizers, drip tips, juices, batteries, and whatever else you can think of. Customer service was wonderful. From when we walked and the man behind the bar greeted us (didnt catch his name) I felt welcomed to hang out and enjoy the shop as if we were regulars. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable while helping us and managed the place well on his own even when it got busy. If I was from Palm Coast Id come exclusively to this shop because of the atmosphere. There was pleasent reggae music playing at the perfect volume. They have a nice bar and super comfortable couches for seating. TVs were playing some random cool vape videos (disassembly and use of popular atomizers, cloud competitions, and product reviews). There was an xbox one and an air hockey table. Yes air hockey.
My only quip with this place is the lack of premium juice brands. The flavor selection was huge but I am very picky and only buy a few specific flavors from brands like Ripe Vapes or Five Pawns. The shop is new though and I am sure there selection will grow. The house flavors were tasty as well, just not my style. Another cool thing this shop does is add its own nicotine. You are not limited to mg levels of 0 3 6 12 18 24. They can put any number in between.
I ended up going home with a custom wide glow in the dark drip tip for my Dark Horse rda. Im still excited about that come up. If I ever come through this area again The Fog Room will no doubt be a pitstop marked on my map.

In preparation for 18+ hours of traveling in an airplane and hours in airports, the crew here saw to all my equipment that it was operating correctly, I had multiple flavors and even threw in an extra tank. This family run business cares about their customers and makes everyone feel as though they are important. They have the patience to work with you on flavors, explaining the nicotine percentages and so on. I hope they stick around for a long time. Thanks everyone at the Fog Room!
