Down old highway A1A in Palm Coast, you will find a cozy place known as ‘The Hammock’ of the Palm Coast. There, nestled beneath large oak trees on a barrier island is a little out of the way place we call ‘The Shack’. or JT’s Seafood Shack!

Friendly, attentive service and a casual atmosphere make JT’s a favorite for locals and for those just passing through. No pretense, just good Florida Fish Camp style eatin’. This means large helpings of our freshly caught Shrimp and Crab which come in our World Famous (and traditional-​styled) Crab Pots and Shrimp Pots. Pair that with one of our 12 ounce Rib Eye, Crab Cakes, Baby Back Ribs or Southwestern Chicken and you’ve got yourself a real meal.

Our other specialties and local favorites include our large variety of Burgers, Sandwiches/​Wraps, and Fish Tacos. The ‘Shack’, With its tin roof and wood doors features only fresh Oysters and Shrimp, Fish and Crab Cakes– all cooked to your liking. Our creative chefs have a license to delight. Our inventive menu puts on display all the best cuisine of the Atlantic Coastal Plain through the Florida Pan Handle. It’s the perfect place for your lunch getaway and for a dining out for dinner! John has been in the Seafood industry for over 30 years.

Growing up, John had an interest in Seafood and traditional Florida coastal living that persisted into adulthood. Naturally, John chose to work in the seafood restaurant industry.

John enjoys being able to serve the public at JT’s Seafood Shack where service, quality, and charming authenticity is the driving force of the business.

John hopes to provide you with such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to JT’s Seafood Shack when you’re in need of a great meal.
