What can I say about a Thanksgiving Buffet with no green vegetables and a Sushi Bar & potstickers?

Trying to be something to everyone always equals disaster.
Mac & cheese station? What did they mean by «station»? A place to pick up dry over fried mac bites???
Turkey & Roast Beef? No Ham, no lamb.
The shrimp were white?! Aren’t fresh ones pink???
Almost the same price as Breakers & believe you me, The Breakers isn’t even in the same category as this mid-​west– taste-​less… Hoge podge!
Move on…

Had the Monaco salad with grilled chicken. What a fresh, summery salad! cucumber, tomato, chickpeas, pine nuts other stuff and a tangy citrus vinegarette Loved it
Drink service was slower then you would imagine in a Four Seasons resort

We ate at this restaurant during our stay at the four seasons in July of 2015. I was initially impressed by the wide (although eye wateringly expensive) selection. I was disappointed, however, with their execution, possibly due to the expectations created by an uncommonly detailed and opulent menu. Many of the ingredients used felt cheap or mass produced, and several dishes that sounded like hand crafted specialties felt more like the cookie cutter, average tasting fair that has come to be commonplace among large restaurants, hotels, and resorts.
I had the lobster roll, which on the whole felt mediocre when compared to its soaring $ 28 price. The small amount of lobster meat with which I was supplied was actually breaded and fried, lacking both the tenderness and rich taste in which a properly sorted lobster roll cuts its chops. The trademark lobster roll brioche bun had been abandoned for a standard hot dug bun that seemed to belong more at an impromptu barbecue than a high quality restaurant.
On the whole, Graze was a restaurant with five-​star intentions that simply did not follow through in quality or taste, leaving a dent in my wallet and a disappointing feeling in my stomach. Next time, it’ll be hole-​in-​the-​wall Cuban or nothing.

Our kids ate brunch for free so was a great deal.
Fresh fruit. Good coffee. Good Salmon and lox. Will go back tomorrow.

This is the casual restaurant at the Four Seasons. I have eaten here several times over the course of a few stays at this hotel and it’s one of the highlights of the resort. I have found the food quality to be first-​rate and the service excellent. This food is pricey though, as expected, but I never mind paying for good food.
Breakfast is a choice of a-​la-​carte or buffet. Don’t think that you will save any money by eating a-​la-​carte; by the time you add coffee and juice, you’re paying the buffet price anyhow so go for the buffet! The focus is on quality, not quantity here. You won’t find 5 different world-​cuisines, a sushi master, pizza dough slinger or a BBQ pit-​master. What you will find is that everything they serve is delicious. On my last visit, among the highlights were some exquisitely fragrant and fresh tomatoes with olive oil and herbs, some of the best smoked salmon I’ve ever had, and a positively scrumptious cream cheese pastry. Where do they get such good tomatoes in February? There were of course made-​to-​order omelets, waffles, potatoes, bacon, ham, etc. but I found myself going back a few times for just a bit more salmon and a few more tomatoes.
The lunch offerings are delicious. The chilled sweet pea soup is absolutely delicious. It is supremely creamy yet light and fresh-​tasting, with some chive oil and a ribbon of thick crème fraîche. And at the bottom of the bowl there was a little surprise — a few bits of smoky bacon. Sooo good. The brussels sprout salad is also excellent and can be had with crispy duck confit on top. This is quite decadent for a salad; however the richness of the duck is offset perfectly by some sweet dates and bittersweet pickled orange rinds. I could eat this stuff all day. Add a well thought out wine list and a poolside seat and it’s pretty close to paradise.

We stayed at the Four Seasons in December 2014 and had breakfast here multiple times. We are not buffet style breakfast people as we prefer food made to order. I appreciated the menu for its healthy and seasonal options. I did not appreciate the high prices ($ 17 for a bacon and eggs breakfast) but it’s expected at the Four Seasons.
The portions were quite small and one could consider them similar to those in Europe. The quality of food was fabulous. Everything tasted fresh. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were well-​balanced.
The service however was frankly rude and not consistent at all with the caliber of this hotel! We were very disappointed in the service on multiple occasions and felt we were inconveniencing the wait staff somehow. They were condescending and it was overall quite a poor showing.
Note: The service at Benny’s (a casual breakfast place on the water) was much better. That’s quite a statement as we stay at the Seasons largely because of the service.

For the prices and the fact that this is inside a Four Seasons, I expect exceptional food and service. Now don’t get me wrong the food and service are good, just not amazing. The restaurant is very pretty. The whole place is white and clean. During breakfast, you can get the buffet, which offers a lot of options. I have tried a lot of different things on the menu, and the starch items (pancakes, waffles, etc.) are usually my favorite options. I also have tried a lot of different options for lunch. I enjoyed the mac and cheese a lot. The lobster bisque doesn’t actually have any lobster in it. The burgers are good and the sandwiches are fine. The truffle fries stand out. My biggest complaint is: I have to go there for work, so when I sit down, I always explain that I am working and need to leave quickly and never has that urgency ever stuck. If you are on vacation, there speed is fine.

We had brunch this morning and everything was really fresh so we decided to come for lunch. I ordered the burger with gruyère cheese and truffle fries. The food is just amazing!!! They have an outside sitting area and the ocean view is gorgeous. I totally recommend this place.

We dined here 3 times during our recent stay at the Four Seasons. The service was always stellar and the food was great.
You have the option of dining indoors or out. Inside — the room is very nicely decorated in modern white, but manages to not feel stark cold. If you choose to sit outside, there are plenty of fans to keep you cool.
We had their two extreme breakfast options. One day we opted for miscellaneous baked goods and their amazing fresh juice. We shared a bagel, small croissants, Danish and a blueberry muffin. I found all of these average, with the blueberry muffin being the standout. Give their daily special juices a try, you will not be disappointed. Sip slowly though, they run about $ 8 each, but I find them to be well worth it!
On our last day, we opted for their breakfast buffet, $ 30 per person and worth it. You have your choice of unlimited American coffee or tea OR 1 premium beverage (cappuccino, etc.). Also included is their phenomenal juice. There is a fruit, yogurt and granola station. Next to that you will find a variety of cheeses, salami, smoked salmon, capers, etc. Baked goods follow as well as… Nutella! If you can get past the Nutella, you begin with the warm selections. Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal and the like. Towards the end is your omelette chef ready to make whatever your heart desires. If there is something you’d like and is not out, don’t hesitate to ask. If it’s available, they will bring it to you at no additional charge.
Lunch here has some nice selections as well, mainly salads and sandwiches. We enjoyed the burger with caramelized onions and a truffle aioli as well as the Graze BBLT. This originally comes with Brie, bacon and a chutney. I subbed the bacon for prosciutto and it was fantastic. They didn’t skimp on my Brie or prosciutto, which made me a happy camper!
Overall, breakfast has a lot more options than lunch, but rest assured you will have a great meal and amazing service with either one you choose.

Headed to the Four Seasons because our resort (Omphoy) didn’t have Advil or sunblock. We were supposed to head to breakfast somewhere else next. That didn’t happen. As soon as I stepped out of the gift shop, I smelled the bacon from this place and quickly decided it was where I was going to eat.
The view is incredible, a beautiful pool with the calm Palm Beach ocean behind it. The weather was perfect, I picked up a few newspapers to look like a real man. They had some of the best orange juice I’d ever had. The french press coffee was excellent as well. Price is a little hefty for a self serve breakfast buffet (coffee and juice is included at $ 30 per person), and they could use a few more options, but everything I tried was good. The bacon especially.
I did my usual and spilt water all over the place. I literally had three servers cleaning up my spill within 5 seconds, no exaggeration. Absolutely impeccable service.
Great start to a great day at Palm Beach. I ate out every meal for the weekend and this was my favorite.

Ocean Bistro is all about the view. The food is ok, but service is slow. Service at the bar is focused on the wait staff rather than the patrons at the bar. Need a second bartender during peak times

Five star service at their more casual dining restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach. The dining room features a gorgeous patio with a view of the ocean and their pool. We went for New Year’s Eve dinner here before departing to the Improv to see Ralphie May. So why am I not happy?
I ordered a pork chop dinner that came from a petrified pig. The chef cutting the meat must have had to go find a greensman and get the Husqvarna to cut it before they served it. Which brings up the common sense question: When you run a five-​star hotel and restaurant, and you come upon a tough piece of meat, why not dump it and pull something else out? You’re earning the green to cover the loss. They were apologetic and took it off of my bill. My wife’s chicken was better but uninspiring, particularly for the price. I would hope that they’re raising them free range in one of the suites for that kind of dough.
At any other eatery in the area it might slide. At the Four Seasons? Y’all can do better.
