We are a full-​service, not-​for-​profit financial institution dedicated to serving our members. When you apply for membership and/​or loans, decisions are made at our local branches by friendly staff providing superior service and competitive rates.

History

Established in 1958.

Velocity Community Credit Union started out in Palm Beach County over 50 years ago. Originally organized to serve the employees of Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines, we have expanded our field of membership over the years to include other local businesses and eventually all of Palm Beach County.

We are proud of our years of service and look forward to serving the people of Palm Beach County for many years to come!

Not a hateful place at all, but if you’re a «convenience person» like me; this might not be the place for you.
Their web based services and ergonomics of online account access is SO FAR behind the times its scary. Of course you don’t know this until you can establish your Online Account Management.
Unfortunately, the «Big Box Banks» might be a better bet if you’re looking for convenience of paying bills, managing your money, etc through the internet.
The people are nice, and maybe its just me. Shop around before you go here. Only 4 locations as of now, and lots of «extra steps» in some cases to get anything done.

Just ok. Used to be fabulous when it was FL Aircraft, we’ve banked here for close to thirty years and are now switching because they just can’t keep up with the times. The debit card has the same number for both card holders (which means when one is compromised BOTH are shut off), rates are mediocre, hours are old time M-​F 8 – 5 with a small Saturday window. Drive thru service is slow slow slow! Need a new debit card? Be prepared to wait at least a week, while you try to make it to get cash during their nearly invisible open hours.
