Dr Lickstein and his staff have been incredible. If you are disillusioned with medical care, 10 minutes with him will cure that: he is always comprehensive, provides excellent summary of options, gives his recommendations and alternatives, answers all questions, follows through if more information is needed, is _​remarkably_​thorough — just a consummate professional! I am a veterinarian and a surgeon, and know enough details to recognize care that is above-​and-​beyond. I was so grateful for my referral to Dr Lickstein, and the referrals from him to further care that I needed were also great. I am navigating my way through cancer removal in several surgeries, and I cannot imagine feeling better about my journey than I do — there is always uncertainty and unexpected twists, but my guides on this journey and the results give me confidence that I could not ask for more. The office nurses and staff are always polite, professional, efficient and get you an answer. It has been almost a year since Dr. Penske performed my procedure. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the results and the response to my concerns. I would never recommend or use Dr. Penske again.

Dr. Lickstein has the utmost compassion and skill. He was my plastic surgeon for my nipple sparing, skin sparing prophylactic mastectomy and reconstruction in 2010. As a BRCA1 positive female, like Angelina Jolie, it was important for me that I do this preventive surgery to lower my risk for breast cancer.
