Came with my best friend and asked if we could sit next to each other, we were told that we could but then was separated during the soak off. No big deal. Manager there suggested that I get the dipping powder, after hesitating only because I don’t like the acrylic feel of the dipping powder, I took her advice and agreed. The young lady that was doing my nails would start doing her nails while waiting for the UV light timer to go off. Rushed through my nails and then charged me 40 dollars. When asked why the bill was higher then what I expected she stated the first time you get your dipping powder done would be more expensive. This was not told to me prior to agreeing to getting the dipping powder which I thought was a bit misleading. Will not be returning.

Very nice salon with friendly staff, the atmosphere is fun and warm, especially Phillip the receptionist is very funny. Love the dipped nails, the procedure is quick and easy, was told that it is odder less and chemical free. Got wind that they will be moving to a big newer salon equipped with top of the line spa pedicure chairs, can’t wait to come back and try it out.

Loooooove Nail 2k. Have been coming here for years to get my nails done. I moved to FTL about 4 years ago and still make the hour trip north to see Tiffany to get my nails done. Amazing service at a reasonable price. Super clean and they’re expanding into a larger floor space in the same plaza.

My mom has taken me here on several occasions when I visit. The price is reasonable(40 for a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax) and the experience in the salon is good. They do a good job prepping your nails, and pedicure basins are freshly lined each time. The amount of time spent massaging my feet is not great, at least on my last visit. My biggest complaint is that the last two times I went here my nails chipped the very next day. This is not what I’m used to at other salons, not sure if they are thinning their nail polish or something but it’s very disappointing. Fool me twice, shame on me. :(

I would like to really give them a 4.5. I went to the nail salon with a friend and we were both seen within five minutes of arriving. We both ended up getting the gel dip for our mani and then regular pedicures. We both paid $ 70 and this included the gel dip manicure French and reg pedis. My tech was sunny and she was very quite but did a wonderful job. The results are fabulous.

Horrible wait times. Sat for 40 minutes before being seen. Pedicure was terrible. Barely a massage and the staff is meh… def do not recommend.

Took my boys to get there hair cut at the barber next to here and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Being a licensed nail tech I am very particular when going to a new salon but gave them a go! Although the salon was busy we only had a 5 min wait. Once soaking it took a little longer than it should have but it was worth it. First the sanitary portion — they line each of their pedi tubs with sanitary liners which is very important! Not only that but they do bring out sanitized and sterile implements each time which most people do not even realize when getting their nails done. David was my nail tech. Where he lacks in the communication department he definitely makes up for in the technique department. Not only was he precise with is pedicure steps but his massage techniques were flawless! The polish job was done very well! All and all I would definitely come back to treat myself to a pedicure again! My 4 stars was just due to the long length of time soaking and I’m sure this was due to them being busy but didn’t want me to leave lol

Spent $ 115.00 on a mani pedi and it looks like crap :((. The massage chairs are lousy. Extra for this… Extra for that… Come on!!! I’ll stick to my TIPSYSALON… Oh well if I have to drive far.

I really like this place. I always show up without appointment and have not had to wait too long to be helped. They’re clean & the staff is polite. Highly recommend it.

Holy moly, I’m always in search of a great manicure/pedicure! And today I found an excellent one here! I’m picky, I feel that you should get what you order… like a meal! Not only was this place clean & friendly, but they understood what I wanted & the nail tech was one of the most meticulous I’ve had! It’s like she was performing surgery on my toes & nails, with precision! One of the best manicures I’ve ever had! I guess people must know this, because it was completely crowded, and still provided excellent service!

On vaca in West Palm and needed regular maintenance. Had high hopes for this place, based on prior reviews. Alas, it was not to be… Went in at 12:15 for pedi & shellac /acrylic removal. Appeared clean and sanitary.(Really like that they autoclave instruments) Older lady seemed irritated that I interrupted her lunch. Pedi was OK but she didn’t want to cut my nails as short as I liked. I asked her again to make them shorter then she started gibberish in Vietnamese to another girl. «No cut shorter». OK, whatever. Finished up with half-hearted massage of legs & feet. Polish job acceptable but not fab. After pedi, a guy named«David» took me to his chair for mani. I’d broken both thumb nails before my last mani & had my regular manicurist apply acrylics to them so all ten would be the same length(I had an «event» coming up). I asked him to soak them off so my real nails would be ready to shellac. He insisted on drilling them down instead. This method will never fully remove the acrylic nail w/o damaging the real nail underneath and it HURTS. I decided then to just have a basic mani and cut my losses. Whole shebang was $ 37 and I had to re-file and re-shape my hands when I got back to our villa. BS!

I didn’t have an appointment but was seen immediately for a mani pedi. The salon is very clean and had a good friendly atmosphere. Sam did a great job on my pedi. He suggested a gel dip for the mani and it’s wayyy better than gel. Regular gel seems to peel off too quickly. I got my nails done 3 weeks ago and they still look good. I’m old fashioned with solid red nail polish on toes and French on hands. Lot of other places get pushy to do weird stuff but he was fine with it. I will definitely return.

Very friendly & clean A gal Kim did my nails. Her English was good as well as Communication and understanding what I wanted. A lot of selections is far as colors gels dip and nails but I just wanted to traditional manicure& pedicure. I was happy with the service and the cleanliness of the salon and I definitely would go back again. I like the fact they explain the different nail options that They had but didn’t try to sell me any of them. Very happy See Lynn or flower.

Best nail salon in the area, hands down. The prior reviewer gave it 3 stars because they didn’t have«tropical hues» and she didn’t like the polish once it dried on her nails?!? Has she ever been to a nail salon before? They actually have all the latest OPI and Essie colors plus large selections of the gel polishes and nextgen colors. Owners are nice and friendly and they are NOT cash only though tips are preferred in cash. I am a regular and I go every couple of weeks to Sunny but have used others who have always given me a great manicure. Don’t hesitate.

My grandmother and I went for a walk in appointment at Nails 2K Salon at 10 am last Sunday morning. We had no wait to see technicians. She had a manicure and I had a pedicure. I wasn’t totally impressed with their selection of nail polish colors. I had hoped for brighter, tropical hues. I chose the brightest pink polish I could see on their rack. I had a male technician who did a very thorough job trimming my toenails and massaging my feet. The pedicure tub was very cleaning and the hot water was soothing. However, I was a little disappointed with the color I chose once it dried. It was a matte bright pink instead of glossy. I wish they had signage stating that it would dry matte(i think most polish dries glossy). For $ 20 – 30 Nails 2K is definitely a steal. I think it’s a cash only establishment, so be sure to have bills on hand.
