I have heard some really bad things about mac so at first i was very hesitant to go into the store but when i walked in the two girls there where so nice they helped me in every thing i need i was very very happy with the finished product i would recommend this store to any one. thanks again mac!!!

I’ve had spotty service at this location. Most of the employees here are EXTREMELY rude and vain, which is fine because I can’t dish it twice as fast. I’ll take my business to where they know what they are doing

I brought my 16−½ year old daughter to MAC this past Saturday. She had her makeup done by Jodie who was nothing short of kind, sweet, patient, and warm! This experience had my daughter on Cloud 9 with a bolstered sense of her own natural beauty and femininity. She looked and felt like the truly beautiful young lady she is!
The quality of the makeup is excellent, but the nature of the way my daughter was treated was nothing short of exceptional and truly «made the sale»! Jodie deserves special recognition of the true gem of a representative of MAC cosmetics and the person she is! MAC is extremely fortunate to have her!

Fuck you MAC! I always seem to get this condescending what-​ever attitude from the people who work here. I’ve walked in several times in the past and why is it whenever I enter into this store I never get any acknowledgment?!
i.e a simple «hello, we’ll be right with you» would suffice.
It was a Monday afternoon the store was dead and one woman was doing some other chicks make-​up, there was nobody else in the store but me. The women that work there were running in and out of the back room, I literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody said a word to me, like I was invisible. I’ve been in here several months before and same thing happened and that time I had an appointment for a make-​up app so I couldn’t leave.
But this time, I walked out and ended up making my purchase at the MAC counter in Nordstrom instead. Never shopping or at least, attempting to shop at this store ever again!

took my wife in for some make-​up and we had the pleasure of meeting a girl named Yesenia. she was amazing… my wife looked better than i had ever seen her by the time we left. she also taught her how to replicate it… this employee was versed in all of the products in the store. a huge help. we’ll def be back…
