This is my first time using a transportation to the airport and I’m very impress with E and R company. They are quick to response my call. Thank you so much guys.

I have used E & R Transportation on multiple occasions – going to and from the airport, meetings, and work dinners. They were always courteous and prompt! Not to mention. the cars are always very clean. The last driver I had was a girl (can’t remember her name) but she was very nice and on time!

I had a wonderful experience with E&R transportation during my stay in West Palm Beach. Our driver, Pedro was such a wonderful driver and was so pleasant! We used him the entire weekend and each time he was on time and flexible with any last minute changes we made. The cars were also spotless and very nice which was also great. I will absolutely use them again for my next trip to the area and will request Pedro as my driver! Highly recommend!

I ordered a mini van on Thanksgiving, the day before our Friday flight. The van was for 4 adults and a 2 year old to travel from Singer Island to PBI. We paid $ 45 plus tip which seemed reasonable. The driver was friendly and polite. He arrived 5 min late but was very responsive via phone. He accommodated a half hour change the day of the flight. The van was a good size for the number of people and bags in our party.

Easy and comfortable transportation. I called the main # and Juan called us back. Early to arrive for the pickup, very nice car and ride. Was a great price, and we were happy to use them. I definitely recommend them.

Do «NOT» use!!! ~ the worst experience thus far I’ve experienced w/​cab service! I almost missed my plane… Sadly, the referral came from a reputable company, so I figured I was safe. After scheduling a 6am pick-​up, I got a no call, NO show. I called the owner Scott, as the card reads; «Reliable Affordable Licensed Insured.» It went to voice mail. I tried 3x, nothing. I never got a call back. Unless the guy died, there’s no excuse for this.
Do yourself a favor and use the Yellow Cab. There’s a reason why we are all familiar with them.

VERY IMPRESSED with E&R. Asked way too many questions, coordinating my small group about prices, timing, type of vehicles, etc and Maruf always responded to my emails VERY promptly. Vehicles were on time, clean, with courteous drivers. One was an Escalade and one was a minivan. Both met my group’s needs. Would totally use them for my travels in Palm Beach.

This was, hands down, the worst experience with a livery company. Ever. It started fine, when I called the number I found on Unilocal after looking for highly-​rated/​reviewed companies that service PBI airport in West Palm Beach. A gentleman, who I assume was the owner, did not pick up the phone when I called but called me back almost immediately. .. and this was at 9pm on a Friday night. So far, so good.
We discussed my family’s needs — two kids, three adults, lots o’ luggage, so a town car was not going to cut it. He ran through the options with me, and we settled on a minivan and a cost of $ 60 for a one-​way trip to Palm Beach Gardens. I hung up, pleased with my good fortune and thinking that, once again, Unilocal had proven useful.
Fast forward to the day of pick-​up, and things went down hill quickly. PBI has a VERY aggressive «no standing» policy at curbside pick-​up, so the plan was to call the driver (who’d be waiting in the cell phone lot) as we collected our last bag from baggage claim and headed to the curb. When I did so, I was told that he’d meet us in five minutes. Five minutes passed. Then ten. Then fifteen. Then I got a call from the driver telling me he had the wrong car and had to go pick up a larger vehicle, did I mind waiting for 15 minutes. Umm, what else am I going to do at that point?! Did I mention that my two children, ages 4 and 2, are more or less at their limit for tolerating boredom, having just spent several hours on a plane? Dad (me) is getting cranky, fast.
Fast forward not 15 minutes but fully 45 minutes — so, by now we’ve been standing at the curb for AN HOUR — and the driver finally shows up. We load into the van and as we start to pull away from the curb he asks me where we are going. Thank goodness I knew not only the address but also how to get there, because the driver had no idea.
The cherry on top? When we had arrived at our destination and unloaded the driver told me that he was owed $ 80, which was (a) $ 20 more than I was quoted when I made the reservation and (b) unbelievable given the completely unacceptable service level and experience. I didn’t feel like fighting with him — really, I was so angry I wanted nothing more than for him to go away — so I paid the $ 80 bucks and sent him packing. And began plotting this review.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They deserve to be punished for this.

Placed a call to them LAST minute. They were at the airport in 15 minutes. WOW! Car was very clean, driver was very nice and professional all the way around. Give them a try, you will be pleased.

E&R Transportation is extremely reliable, prompt and professional. We have utilized their sedan service several times in the past few months and have worked with Ray, who has been absolutely excellent. Superb customer service, always on time or early and the sedans are extremely well maintained both inside and out.
We highly recommend E&R for all pickup and drop-​off services in the area. Great service, thank you!

E&R Transportation is prompt, reliable, friendly, professional… all around great! The driver was waiting at the airport for us when our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived after midnight. He even made a stop at a convenience store for me to buy my toddler milk and snacks. On the way back to the airport, he even took us the long way (upon request) to do a little sight-​seeing. I highly recommend this car service when you are in the area!

Last week, I went to West Palm Beach to surprise my folks. I don’t drive much and cabs are pricey from the airport to their house. The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi.
The customer service was impeccable. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, explaining the details of his business — he worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and boy, does it show. He was pleasant, chatty, knowledgable, personable and reassuring. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Scott knew exactly where to go because he has regulars in the same neighborhood.
Great rate, comfortable ride, fantastic company. A wonderfullly affordable alternative to the taxi. Highly, highly recommend.
