If you’re thinking about living in this place, don’t do it. The management team is awful and so unprofessional. If you have any questions or concerns about anything, they will treat you like it doesn’t matter and never get back to you… You will have to constantly prod them to get your issue resolved. I paid my rent on time every single month for two years. When I moved out, my carpets were immaculate with no signs of damage or stains, yet I was hit with a «carpet damage» bill of almost $ 400 in the mail to the forwarding address I gave them. In addition to this $ 400 of «carpet damage,» there was an additional $ 50 carpet cleaning fee which doesn’t make any sense to me if they already charge me $ 400 to fix the «damages.» I had to call the management office every day for a week to even get a hold of someone who would address my concern about this phantom damage bill, and finally got a hold of Stacey, who said she would get back to me and «send me pics» if there were any, but never heard back. I heard from a couple other friends who moved out that they were also hit with a «carpet damage» bill that seemed to be respective of the size of the apt (2 bedrooms around $ 230, 3 bedroom around $ 350). This, in addition to the fact that management does not promptly address my concerns, tells me that Woodbine is just trying to collect an extra buck at the end of everyone’s lease. If you do decide to live here (which is a horrendous idea), refuse to let them do the final checks by themselves. Make sure you stand over them because they will make shit up to make a little extra before they lose you.

It’s a decent place to live in Riviera a nice pool and decent gym. However my boyfriend and I had issues with their management since day one. They are difficult to deal with even when they are at fault. When we moved out they even tried charging us for something that wasn’t even damaged.
