Chick-fil-A

The staff there seemed to lack the training appreciated at other locations. After speaking to the manager I am unsure how she got the job. She was dishonest, rude and ultimately left me leaving the establishment hungry and perturbed.

This, like all other Chick-Fil-A’s, is a great restaurant. Staff was incredibly friendly and food was served promptly. Despite there being a good amount of people in line, everyone was dealt with in a quick an efficient manner. My food was prepared well and tasted even better. The thing about Chick-​Fil-​A that I notice is that the preparation of their food is consistent at all locations I have been too, so despite this being fast food you are still getting a quality meal. A staff member even went as far as to clear my table for me after I was done eating, despite this establishment being in a food court. All in all I would eat here again.

I have eaten here 3 days in a row now. The service is excellent. The food is very good. I will probably eat somewhere else tomorrow, but I will miss the amazing service here. Will be back for sure.

The staff merits 5 stars. Was taking a break from work (staying across the street at the Garden Inn) and came across this Chick-​Fil-​A. Now, I’ve never been to a CFA before. All I know is there was a major controversy from their founder/​president (nature of which I will not repeat) but I was curious about the franchise since I’ve heard good things about the food.
Staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with making my selection, from the food to the sauce pairing.
I’m a dork and forgot my food on the counter because I was thinking bout the work. I came back, they remembered me and I had my food. AND, they did not make fun of me for leaving my food behind. That’s service!
Only reason why this isn’t a 5-​star review? It’s franchise fast food… I can’t bring myself to skew my ratings system.
