Unique Auto Sound Security and Tint

not great at what they do and are not cheap, had numerous problems with purchases and had to keep going back, still continue to have problems after they claim to fix the problem with more additional problems. gonna have to go somewhere else and PAY more money to fix their sloppy work. very unhappy with the service from unique auto sounds. dont waste your time or money !!! you will regret it. i do!!! smh!!!

I purchased a Groupon for window tinting from these guys. My first thought was that the place looked a bit shady, but that didn’t bother me too much. The owner /​manager came out to ask what I wanted. I told him about my Groupon and he said that he could go ahead and do it. His demeanor was quite unfriendly, borderline rude. When I pulled into the garage there was a medium /​large dog tied up with a chain inside the garage that barked incessantly at me. The guy then showed me the waiting room and started working. He didn’t ask what type of tint I wanted or anything like that. When I noticed he had just went straight to work I walked out and asked if I had any options and he said I didn’t with the Groupon. I’m ok with that, but it would have been nice for him to at least mention it.
Here’s the real problem I have with these guys. They asked if I wanted to do a headlight restoration, which I said yes to because mine looked like garbage. I didn’t notice it at first, but when I got home and washed my car I noticed that they obviously didn’t tape off the headlights before they restored them. This resulted in the paint around both of my headlights getting scratched. All said and done, I got a good price, but I would have much rather spent another $ 30 – 40 and not have a scratched up hood.
I would NOT recommend these guys, regardless of how good their prices are.

While I didn’t get my stereo I installed here, I should have! I went with a business that was folding up (unknown to me) & upon returning for an adjustment, they were gone. But Unique however, was GREAT! I had to move my amps to accommodate my back seat in my Jeep & these guys helped me right away! Very reasonable & with a service ethic that most businesses should always offer! Thank you so much guys! If you need them they’ll be there. GO see them-​you won’t be dissapointed.
