Get there — the door is broken. Stand in line forever — only one person on the register. Wait forever for drink — one of the espresso machines is broken. Just a clusterfuck from beginning to end.

I’ve hit this location a few times at some odd times. Service isn’t the greatest but they are friendly. They seem to be understaffed. The last time, I ordered at the counter and got part of the order. It took almost 10 minutes to get the rest as they were focused on the drive-thru.
They are open late and fairly easily accessed from I95. They have a drive-thru but I prefer to go in and order.

We had fabulous service. Very friendly. Very efficient. And our drinks and sandwiches were delicious. I want everyone to realize that if a table is messy that is because some customer didn’t bus their table as they are supposed to do. However, there was someone cleaning up after those customers. I would recommend this Starbucks and plan to visit it again in the future.

Conveniently located off the I-95 Palm Bay exit I found this place using the app and drove through while traveling north bound. It was about 8 PM so I decided to hit the drive-thru to save some time. There were a few cars in front of me but it didn’t take but a minute or two to place my order. Once I headed to the window it was clear and I was greeted by a nice gentlemen who took my payment and presented me with my order and thanked me for stopping by. My latte was perfect and really hot which made it nice for the drive back home. No complaints here it’s a nice little Starbucks, friendly service and my order was accurate. I would definitely recommend this location.

They do not recycle at this location. They do not save old coffee ground or give them to customers anymore. I was told they stopped giving then out and started to throw them away because people would come in and not buy anything and just take the grounds.

I waited 20 minutes before saying anything. I needed to ask for my simple venti ice coffee to be made. I don’t know if they forgot about me or what. But customers who came after me were getting their drinks left and right. Pretty disappointed.

I like the Mocha Frappachino Light, so I usually order that in every Starbucks that I visit. The one that I got here had as much flavor as a cup of ice. I got there at about 5:30 in the morning, and in the past the people working there were very friendly, but not any more. The guy that made my drink did not want to be there. In fact, the last time I went there he had the same attitude, so I should have know better about stopping there. Next time I will go the the Starbucks on 192.

I’ve never tried anything that was Salted Caramel flavored, so I was curious about the Salted Caramel Latte. The Barista was nice young man that offered to make a Salted Caramel Latte and if I didn’t like it, I could come back and ask for any other drink that I knew I liked.
Because of his kindness, I now have a new favorite at Starbucks!

As a former Starbucks partner I absolutely hate going to this store. Sadly, it is the only store near by. This store’s service is super slow and I don’t think there has been one time where my order has been correct. The people are nice enough they just need to learn how to properly run this store. It is not busy enough to warrant it taking 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee!

Everyone here was super nice and friendly. It was pleasant to be at a Starbucks where they know how to properly make a drink. The same can’t be said about many locations in NYC. The prices are also reasonable compared to the tri State area.
I loved the drive thru, but I can imagine it could get crazy. We didn’t have to wait long. It’s also open from 5 am until midnight, so it’s great for night owls.

I’m not sure if we just caught it at a bad time, but the drive-thru line was INSANE when we visited here. However, even taking the expected wait into account, it was still miserably slow-moving. My frap ended up having a crazy amount of whipped cream on it, and for $ 4 I expect better than that.

During peak times this store is very busy and can get backed up. On a few occasions I’ve had to wait 5 or so minutes to get my order. That being said, I don’t often visit this store during peak hours anymore. I now have a more flexible work schedule which allows me to hit the drive thru at a much slower time of day. Five stars for fast and friendly service when I need it most.

Typical franchise I must say. I have only been a couple of times to this location. During my visits the employees have been nice and somewhat cheerful. I am not a huge coffee drinker so I can comment on too many items, but I have enjoyed what I have purchased. It can be hard to get in and out of due to the back up of the drive thru which can be aggravating. Overall pricey I believe, but I will be back.
