The Ampel probe was originally introduced to the market place back in 1995 and has received praise by professionals worldwide. Until Protective Outfitters acquired rights to the Ampel Probe, its primary market had been Europe even though the tool is made right here in the USA. Now under Protective Outfitters’ direction, the Ampel Probe is being offered here in the US as well as around the world.
