History

Established in 2007.

After practicing in Michigan for 12 years John Roberts decided to re-​locate to Palm Bay Fl, in 2002. John’s career was very successful and his qualifications were immediately transferred from Michigan to Florida.

John began managing a hearing aid center in Melbourne Fl, at the Sears store for three years, with Sandy Ball as his patient care coordinator.

In 2007 John opened Palm Bay Hearing Aid Center in central Palm Bay, filling a need for a full service hearing aid center in Palm Bay. Sandy stayed on as his assistant.

Since then the business has grown at a quick pace and now John’s son Andy is full time employed, taking care of technological responsibilities and customer care.

As the business grew it was apparent that a new staff person was necessary.

Diane Jones-​Gimme whom was a patient of Palm Bay Hearing Aid Center has joined the team. Diane has been wearing hearing aids for 40 years and is dedicated to becoming a licensed practitioner.

After practicing for 20 years John Roberts decided to open a hearing aid center in Palm Bay fl. John had a background of managing hearing aid centers in Michigan and Florida. John brings unique experience and a ‘can do’ attitude. John can fit almost any hearing loss and believes that the follow up service is just as important as the fitting. After almost 9 years Palm Bay Hearing Aid Center continues to enjoy tremendous growth and success. As an independent company, John can choose vendors and suppliers. He selects product based on customer needs, not quotas.
