The ice cream is very good. It is unfortunate that they cannot make an order correctly. They have messed up 3 times. We are done with them.

Their ice cream is great. We brought our Golden Retriever with us and he got a free scoop with dog bones crumbled on top. Unfortunately, my significant other happened to lose the keys to our SUV… Not only did Bruster’s staff look for them along with us(and help us find them) but when they saw how worried we were, they gave us 2 free bottles of ice cold water — one for us and another one for our dog. Now that’s what I call amazing customer service! Check this place out. Their selection is impressive. They have 128 flavors of delicious ice cream, including: toffee bar, sea salt caramel, rum raisin, pumpkin, grape, key lime pie, mango, peach, praline pecan, s’mores, tiramisu, maple walnut nutty coconut, coffee Oreo, cotton candy, coconut with almonds and fudge. And if ice cream does not tickle your fancy, they also offer frozen yogurt and sorbets. Yum!

I am not usually an Ice Cream eater but I did thoroughly enjoy this ice cream. I had the seasonal Pumpkin Ice Cream and it was great. It was so light and airy not a hard ball of cream like some places.

OK, so it is tasty ice cream. I went there for Italian Ice. They only have blueberry & watermelon. Do they not realize lemon is the best and most popular? My wife ordered sherbet. Now we waited nearly 15 minutes(no line) for a ‘spaced-out’ employee to scoop it. The big bummer: each small serving equaled one average scoop and it cost me $ 6.50. Had to be the most expensive waste of time in Florida. Have a nice day.

Great icecream. All made fresh, even the waffle cones. They give coupons all the time and service is great. Anyone complaining about them not having soft serve are naïve. Soft serve is cheap and flavorless. This place has the good stuff.

Quality desserts, service, and smiles for the whole family. The ice cream is, by far, the best of any franchise out there. Always the best ingredients and add-ins. For example, the butter cream icing and sprinkles mixed in the Birthday Cake flavor leaves this an unmatched favorite in our house. The owners enjoy taking time to speak with their customers, and they take pride in their product(deservedly so). Bottom line: Brüster’s ice cream is the best.

Both times I’ve been there I’ve gotten the turtle sundae… not bad, but I have had better. My husband has always refused to get anything because they don’t have soft-serve. C’mon y’all, this is Amuurica! Where’s the soft-serve cone? Gotta love drive-thru ice cream on rainy summer nights, though! Cute family place.

Man, man, man that blueberry cobbler ice cream was out of this world! It was so creamy and most of all satisfied my sweet tooth. I love ice cream and I’m always drawn to places that offer crazy flavors besides neopolitan. Although this is not your average sit-down ice cream joint, the customer service was just as good and the guy serving allowed me to taste as many flavors as I desired. Since I’m in town visiting my folks and this was a Dad recommendation, I had to try. Next time, I’m getting the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle.
