Just called and got a voicemail message from someone that sounded like a prostitute. They need to update their contact information on here.

We had a problem with our LG dryer that was no longer covered by warranty. I called Rising Service and scheduled for a technician to visit within 2 days.
On the day of service, the technician, Joon, called to let me know he was on his way and then repaired on site. He gave a great explanation of the issue before making the repair.
Wasn’t sure how service would be after reading the reviews but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Would definitely go back to Rising Service for future needs.

it’s a shame I can’t give «zero» stars instead of one. What a terrible experience. It is now a half hour past the FOUR HOUR window they gave me and they are not here with my appliance!!! When I called, the shop worker treated me like i was the one with the problem for expecting them to deliver what they promised (after I took a half day off of work to be here). Then, he hung up on me. When I called back, he refused to give me the name of the owner!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Lg Washer/​Dryer broke… these guy charged $ 240 for a very minor fix… we have had the same problem before and an LG company charged $ 90…These guys take advantage of people and should not be trusted…

I have an LG dishwasher that just had the warranty expire so i had to pay out of pocket for the repair so i scheduled an appt. They had a technician come out in a few days. Technician identified the problem quickly and explained the solution. Apparently, the dishwasher wasn’t leveled and water was leaking into sensors. He dried off the sensor and informed us on how to fix it ourselves next time, if this were to happen. He was a true pro. Arrived on time, courteous, and cleaned up everything.

LG service center arranged this appointment. Problem was that LG washer/​dryer ventless combo was leaving clothes warm but wet after drying cycle. Rising Service Solutions refused to show up unless paid $ 150 upfront by credit card, which we paid. Technician showed up with no tools except a screw driver. Took off top of machine and poured water into it. Reinstalled top and, with a big grin, said «If that doesn’t fix the machine, then I don’t know what is wrong with it.» — or words to that effect — and left. This of course did not fix the problem. We called LG service center to complain and the response was that there was nothing they could do. In other words, LG service center sent us to Rising Service Solutions who, for $ 150 prepaid, poured water into the machine and left. If you have a problem with your LG washer/​dryer, it has been our experience that H.R. TV Services in Kearny NJ will stick with you until they solve the problem and charge you only after the machine has been fixed.

LG set up a service appointment with this company for my washer that was leaking. It is only 7 months old, and covered by the manufacturers warranty. The technician was both friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem within minutes. He also gave me several tips to prolong the life of my washer and even took the time to clean the washer tub for me. I would definitely buy another LG product because the service plan is amazing.

We were referred to this company by LG when our LG TV started malfunctioning. Rising Service Solutions replaced a part in the TV and it appeared to be working fine. However, less than a year later the TV is having the exact same problem it had when RSS claimed to have fixed it. We called RSS and they are unwilling to guarantee their repair or accept that they did not fix the problem. Avoid any repair company that will not stand by their work!
