Im not sure if there’s an issue with management or if the employees aren’t trained well enough. Unfriendly staff was a major turnoff. I prefer the one in Fort Lee.

Overall the pastries and the cakes are ok but quality is starting to go down. The issues with this particular location(palisades park) are: 1. There’s pretty much not much to buy even though it’s already 8−9am or in the afternoon around 4pm. It doesn’t matter what day I go there, 70−80%of the pastries are not out yet. So what’s the point of going there before work? 2. The trays and tongues are always dirty and disgusting! In my opinion, they don’t seem to clean/wash at all. Yes, my friends and I mentioned many times. What they would do is walk with you to the same stack of trays and tongues and just pull out another dirty one to you and say there you go. Management seems not to care either. 3. Overall the place is not that clean. They don’t clean or wipe the tables or clean the floor and bathroom often. 4. Some of employees are not friendly and have attitudes. That was towards any customer. 5. Because of our food allergies or diet restrictions, when they are still making the sandwiches, if we ask them if they could please make one without«…» their response is «oh no, we can’t make a new one because we’re already done making all the sandwiches». This is when you clearly can see the ladies who are still making sandwiches. And they do that to other people too. Other locations will make one for you when is possible. So we don’t buy sandwiches from this location. So they rather to lose a sale instead of trying to help the customer. This is an ongoing issue for years. So I finally decided to write the review. I’ve been going there on and off but not much changes at all. So, would I recommend this place? It depends on what time you go so you have more options and service you expect. But don’t expect a good service(please, not all employees are bad, just some of them) much less from the manager. In any business, if the manager doesn’t care about cleanness and good service, why should the employees care about it? I heard that the cakes are delivered to the store frozen(same for other locations) so who knows how old they are… So you make your own judgement.

I absolutely love Paris Baguette and whenever I see one, I have to stop in and grab some goodies. Last night before dinner I stopped in rite before they closed so there wasn’t much selection left but I was able to grab a few cronuts! The blueberry ones are flaky and delicious with a touch of sweetness.

Fresh, delicious, heavenly light and fluffy cakes is what I think about when I think Paris Baguette. I cannot attest to the pastries or coffee yet but the cakes are to die for. I was first introduced to Paris Baguette when a co-worker brought in a cake for a fellow co-worker’s birthday. I was immediately hooked. The cake itself is so light and not too sweet, the cream not too heavy, I feel like I can finish off a whole cake on my own… and then probably die but at least i’d due happy. The cake presentation is phenomenal! Paris Baguette really does it right, it’s so elegant, from the box to the little spatula with candles and matches, they can really get the party started. The cakes themselves are so nicely decorated with fruit and chocolate pieces as well as those little crunchy balls. I loved them so much i will now be bringing them to any sort of event I have to go to. I recently bought a cake from there for my dad’s birthday, everyone was oo-ing and ah-ing over this cake, it was a huge hit! Thanks Paris Baguette, please keep doing what you’re doing, I love you!

It’s a Korean /French fusion styled bakery. So think of french pastries catered to Korean people. A lot of of the pastries have red bean, mochi, cream cheese, or ham & corn as a filling. The service is self-help which is similar to a buffet where you just pick your pastries, put it on your platter, and bring it up to the cash register. Their pastries vary from pies, cakes, macaroons, croissants, handmade sliced bread, sandwiches, and etc. I personally enjoy the variety of tastes and textures from sweet to savory and from soft to cripsy. They also have a decent beverage menu which include teas, coffees, boba tea, and fruit shakes. Clean, Well– Kept, & Organized Modern Atmosphere Usually Only Has Teenagers for Employees /So So Service Street Parking Only

All of my family members love this bakery. They have a variety of selections for bread, cake and pastry. We bought a Blueberry chiffon cake for birthday and we really liked it. All of them are tasty. My favorites are choux cream bread, apple cream cheese bread, apple pie and cornet pie. The bread are so soft and delicious with cream. Pies are crispy. They are not extremely sweet and just proper for my taste. However, they are pricey. Anyway, I want to buy these often for pleasure.

This place is a solid bakery. The pastries and cakes are always fresh. The cakes are light and the perfect level of sweetness. The cakes and pastries are a bit on the expensive side, but they seem to use quality ingredients. They also have these cute sandwiches that are great for quick, easy affordable lunches. Unfortunately, other than the coffee, all the other drinks that I have tried were not very good, especially considering the price. This is one area that could use some improvement.

The bakery is good and the cakes are beautiful, but the restaurant itself is not cleaned reguarly. The eating area always has trash on the floor, and the tables are not wiped down. The bathrooms are dirty and not inviting to use at all.

They have the most gorgeous cakes that taste great. These Korean cakes are light and not too sweet, so if you prefer denser cakes with sweet, heavy buttercream frosting then this bakery will disappoint you. However, I just love their cakes and the light whipped frosting. I usually take off frosting from American cakes, but I will eat all of the frosting on Korean cakes. It’s like whipped cream. Cakes are not cheap though… small cake is around $ 25 and can go upwards to $ 35 or so. I prefer PB“s cakes over Crome. They also offer a variety of traditional Korean pastries as well as more French type of flaky pastries with higher butter content.

My sister has been wanting a green tea cake for her birthday for years. I was finally able to make that happen. PB had a display of the most beautiful cakes one can lay their eyes on. With a full menu of sandwiches, desserts, coffee, and other drinks; they really have many options for you to choose from. I called in to see if they had a green tea cake available, apparently 1 was left. So of course, panic mode set in because I was on my way to a 3 yr old birthday party that I was already late to and couldn’t stop by the bakery to purchase it right away. I asked if I could pay for it over the phone and would come by after 5 to pick it up… DENIED! I was kinda shocked that they wouldn’t take my request, I mean I was purchasing it, it’s not like I am asking you to just hold it for me overnight. It’s a guaranteed sale. But I get it, policie. As soon as I left the party I called them to make sure it was still available and then drove over to go purchase it. The drama was well worth the cake. In all honestly I am the last person that wanted to eat green tea cake. Boy did I eat my words and like 3 pieces of cake. It was soooo delicious!!! The green tea flavor was not overpowering it was light and fluffy. The frosting on the cake was the perfect amount of sweetiness. If you are looking for a green tea cake– THISISTHEPLACETOGETITFROM!

I love the desserts at this Korean bakery. This is my favorite korean bakery chain. Their pastries are so flaky and fresh. I particularly like the sweet potato twist and their almond croissant. They tried reproducing the cronut, but it’s really very greasy… good try, though! The cakes here are not only beautiful, but fluffy and not cloyingly sweet. They also serve ready-made sandwiches, which is helpful when you want to grab something on the go. These sandwiches are also half off if you come in the evening(I think it’s after 7?).

I stopped by to try their patbingsu and was hoping it would be as good as the one I had tried at another place down the street. I went with the green tea flavor and was sadly disappointed. It wasn’t bad, just not necessarily good. It lacked flavor and wasn’t quite sweet enough. They do, however, have so many delicious-looking baked goods. I would love to try some of their drinks and pastries another time. I haven’t given up on them yet!

Probably one of the very first Paris Baguette in NJ. Quality control for the bakeries in all of their locations are pretty consistent. I live love love the chocolate twist. Bring it home and toast it for a few minutes(watch it like a hawk, it has a sugar glaze so can burn easily). But the drinks are another story. I ordered chai but didn’t taste any chai. Also it was not hot enough. They should also try to start serving skim milk. The seating area is pretty comfortable though can be a little drafty. Parking can be a nightmare but that’s just how it is in Palisades Park.

They do pastries and breads really well. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely high quality. Since they make excellent croissants, it’s only natural they imitate Cronut successfully — called it croissant donut — and it’s one super delicious lemony creation.

The bread is good here and so is the service, but it’s there milk pudding that keeps me coming back for more! It’s just so good and the bottle is do cute! How could a girl resist? Now I’m not saying they’re other products aren’t good, but I don’t feel like they taste as great as everyone says it is. I’ve tried their ham sandwich, cronut, crossing, pot bing soo, some green tea cake and etc. they were good, but it’s not something where I would give 5 stars for. Especially the one near 34th street, because the bakery a few stores down, closer to the train station, is actually a lot better tasting, although smaller with less variety. And of course not as prettily decorated.

I love Paris baguette. They have a clean appealing design and they follow that tradition here in the states except this location still has the old sign. The Bayside in NY has the updated design. They have a lot the breads they have in Korea and the prices were similar. Only bad thing was the 40 something yr old korean lady who worked the counter. She may have been the owner. Either way she wast friendly. Very rigid and stiff. my usual experience is bad service here though. Overall I would recommend this place.

Good selection of korean style french bakeries– the soufflé cheesecake and choux puffs were my favorite. The pudding was also good and came in an adorable glass bottle which i took home. The staff actually spoke very good english, somewhat rare in ktown and provided decent service. I was a little sad that the frapp drinks werent available and had to settle on an average tasting smoothie. They had some very beautiful cakes which my boyfriend exclaims ‘looks so fluffy!’. I wonder if they taste as good as they look. Next time!
