DO NOT COME TO THIS CPA.
It was our family’s first time filing our taxes after receiving our permanent residency so we decided to hire a CPA to do our taxes just to make sure everything was in order. My mother didn’t have some documents, but she still wanted to pay our taxes since it’s just beneficial if we do. She voiced her concerns to the CPA and he said that it wouldn’t matter. He would just take care of everything. Well, guess what? He didn’t.
A couple of weeks later, our tax returns were supposed to come because of insufficient data and documents. My mother went to the CPA to ask him about the documents needed since he should’ve filed them with the tax report. He practically flung pieces of paper in front of my mother, very disrespectfully and to top it off, he yelled at her and told her to get out. It wasn’t his responsibility.
He doesn’t follow through with his job. We paid him the full amount for his services before he began filing our taxes and because he was already paid, I guess he didn’t think it was worth it to finish the job.
I wish I could give him zero stars. If you’re a decent human being, you don’t treat other people like that… especially if it’s a client. Just… don’t come here.
