I have worked in cabinet construction and installation for over 25 years, and one thing I noticed from home owners in Florida is that they all had a hard time using their sliding glass doors. Most of the time they were trying to stay out of our way as we installed their new kitchen but had a hard time opening and closing their doors.

After an older lady (who lived in a condo on the 15^th floor) complained that it was going to cost her thousands to replace her sliding glass door panels, I took the slider out of the track and inspected the rollers. I recommended that she call some one to just replace her rollers and fix up her track. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any one offering that service.

Soon after this event, A-​1 Sliders was born. And I’m happy to say I have been saving people hundreds to thousands on their repairs and heating/​cooling bills.
