Way To Go was so great to use for our wedding. Faz was very helpful and so quick to respond to our emails. On the day of our wedding, our limo was on time and was clean and in great condition. Oscar, our driver, was so pleasant and was always helpful to help get us in and out of the limo and kept us dry on a rainy afternoon. Would definitely use them again.

Very easy and quick quoting process. My favorite part was that the quote includes all taxes and gratuity, meaning no surprises later on. The pricing was very reasonable. Another company quoted about 40% less but when asked about whether taxes and gratuity were included, they wouldn’t provide a straight answer. That company has a one star Unilocal rating, which is no surprise. Prior to asking the other company about the taxes and gratuity, I had mentioned the quoted amount to Way To Go and he quickly responded that he was unable to match that pricing and wasn’t sure how that company could quote that low. That is how I realized the taxes and gratuity were not included with the other company. This only made me more confident that Way To Go was an honestly run company and was our best option.
We took the large SUV for 4 people and each of us had a weeks worth of luggage. Pick up was Crystal Lake with drop off at O’Hare. Our friend’s house is kind of tucked away in the corner of Crystal Lake so I was worried about the pick up, but the driver was right on time at 3:15 AM. We also had them pick us up from O’Hare, which we’ve never done before, so that was a little confusing as I didn’t know where to go at the International terminal for livery pick up, but I called and they pointed us in the right direction.
I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to anyone that would ask.

I used Way To Go limo service for prom for my son. The service was great. The driver was very friendly and professional. He exchanged cell numbers with me so that we could communicate if needed. There were no issues, but it is a smart practice. Price was fair, and the service was spot on. I will use them again.

We booked a ride to the airport for the family. Our stretch limo was on time as promised. Our driver, Todd, couldn’t of been more helpful, careful and pleasant for such an early hour. Total reasonable prices and everyone fit great. Great selection of vehicles and available times. Stop shopping around and use these guys for your event, you won’t be disappointed ! We rented the pink panther limousine to take my daughter and 9 of her friends downtown to see Matilda the Musical and back. It was an amazing experience! Dwayne the driver showed up 30 minutes early because the weather was bad and he wanted to be safe. They stocked the limo with water and soda for them. I warned him that they were amazing kids but I was sure they’d drive him crazy in the noise level and he just laughed and said not to worry. He dropped them off safely, communicated with them perfectly to find the limo after the show, and brought them home with a giant smile, telling me how nice and well behaved they all were. Faz, who I coordinated the event with, was super responsive, answered all my questions and texted with me last evening when I had questions about the pick up. Lastly, I thought the price was very fair! Their number is now in my phone and I hope I have a reason to use them again!

I booked a stretch hummer for my husband s bday and we had a blast! Faz was very helpful, accommodating and gave me great recommendations. Our driver Todd was on time and ensured we had a great time. The hummer was in great shape and perfect for our party of 14! I am deducting one star for the «champagne» in our hummer. It was more like a sweet sparkling wine (moscato sweet) that we dint like. Great experience overall!

My review is mixed. We booked the pink stretch hummer for my sister’s 16th birthday yesterday. We had a great experience on our way to the venue. The driver was early, extremely courteous, and a explained how to use the different controls very well. The girls were thrilled with the pink limo and had a great time. If I was only reviewing the trip out, I would give 5 stars.
However, on our return trip, it was not as nice. First of all, when our driver showed up it was in a white stretch hummer instead of the pink. I asked if the pink one was stuck somewhere else and that’s why we had this one and he ignored me. I asked him two more times and he ignored me each time and just told us to get in. If had just answered my question and said something along the lines of «yes, sorry but it is stuck somewhere» it would have been fine. So after we get into this limo and try to turn on some air or the radio, nothing is working. I informed him that it wasn’t working and he told us we had to turn it on, which obviously we tried. He ended up having to pull over and fix it. There weren’t enough glasses either. Small annoying things, but the worst was the fact that he almost caused us to get into an accident at the end. He took a turn too sharp and cut off a car way too close and they almost crashed into us and had to swerve away. Not acceptable at all.

We used Way to go Limo for my daughter’s wedding and were extremely pleased with them from start to finish. We had cars going from 4 different locations at different times and the drivers were consistently prompt and courteous. Faz, who helped me book everything was very helpful and called to confirm all of the rides 2 days before. We have never used this company before, so I was a little concerned, but they can through with flying colors. I decided to call and get a price from them based on other Unilocal reviews. They were also priced the best out of all the companies I called for prices. I would highly recommend Way to go limo.

On my wedding day we used Rob Schroeder with the Nightrider Bus. It was one of the best parts of the day. The limo arrived on time to all locations, was clean and all cups and glasses were new, staff was friendly and helpful, and the attendant Rob really made it awesome. My wedding gown was 35lbs of satan and lace making it hard to move but rob made sure that between my girls and Him we could get me in and out of the bus easily without damaging the dress. The laser show and aux connections for music turned it into a real party. Without a doubt I would use Way to Go Limo service and Rob Schroder with the Nightrider bus for my next event!

I booked WTGL for my daughter’s bachelorette party (April 2015). When i called, I spoke with Faz and he was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. They were to be picked up in Rosemont at their hotel and was going to Chicago to several party destinations. He recommended the best deal which was a White H2 Stretch Hummer. Plus he gave us an additional hour of time to get back to drop off point of Rosemont. Todd was our driver and he was excellent. They gave him an agenda of stops and he was excellent with the accommodations/​pick ups. The Limo was awesome! It was loaded. I called and booked WTGL for the wedding. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service. We booked a stretch hummer for 10 hours to take 13 of us wine tasting through Michigan. Our driver (I believe his name was Todd) was extremely professional, timely and kind. He was there early, knew all of the directions to every winery, and was extremely prompt. Highly recommend him!
Our experience with Way to Go was top notch as well. My calls and texts were responded to right away, and Way to Go worked with us to fit our needs. they confirmed everything right away, and responded to all my questions and updates right away.
Lastly… our stretch escalade was top notch. We were excited that it ended up beign a «party bus» format inside that allowed our group to bond during our 2.5 hour ride. Everything worked well and was clean.
Couldn’t recommend this company any more!

What great service we had last night with Way to Go! From requesting a quote via email, to calling to book the service, Ellen made my 1000 questions seem not odd, lol.
Marval was our driver, and showed up in a brand new SUV for our trip for 3 adults. He was there 10 minutes early and was more than kind and accomodating. When we were ready to leave our event, he was again easy to locate and super helpful to all of us.

One of the most legit limo companies I’ve had experiences with. Faz was really great at handling communication — I never felt like I was left hangin when I had a random question that I would e-​mail here and there.
