Established in 2014.

The Law Offices of James G. Wargo, P.C. was established in 2014. I started the firm after a thirteen year career at Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd. in Chicago where I was a Partner and Shareholder. After thirteen years of representing local governmental entities, I had a strong desire to expand my practice to include individuals and businesses.

Business Owner

Attorney James G. Wargo is a lifelong resident of the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago while growing up in Arlington Heights. He currently resides in Palatine with his wife and children. Jim graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana/​Champaign with a degree in Economics in 1992. He later graduated from the DePaul College of Law in 2000. After law school he worked for the Chicago law firm of Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd. rising to the level of Partner and Shareholder. After some soul searching he decided to open up his firm to pursue additional opportunities and expand his practice area.
