Fast and Courteous is correct. I would have given 5 Stars if it wasn’t for the $ 5 fuel surcharge I got hit with. When I called I asked about all charges before agreeing and this was never mentioned.

I’ve been using Rogners for about 20 years. I’ve used him when I was towing and he would pick up my trucks that my other trucks couldn’t tow when they broke down. They were be there when they said that they would be. They would drop me off on the way back if I needed it and I’ve never had a bad driver and their trucks were always clean. The drivers were trained and knew what they were doing (which you don’t get with many towing companies). It doesn’t stop there their shop was just as clean as their trucks and Mark could build you any tow truck you wanted/​needed with any customizing that you would want. As far as repairing my trucks or my personal vehicles he was my man, he was very responsible and the your vehicle was finished with the price he quoted me not a penny more. From day one (with him not even knowing me yet) he just put me on a account basis from day one. I don’t own a towing company any more I had to sell it for health reasons but he is still my man for towing my personal vehicles. There is no other person (or nicer person) that you would want to deal with for towing. He makes your unfortunate incident that happened to your car and makes it as easy and convenient for you, a true gentleman…

I used Rogner’s once and was very pleased. I called them because they are affiliated with my car repair place. The man who drove the truck impressed me because he explained how it is important to have good equipment so that when you tow someone’s car, it does not get damaged. Apparently, some towing companies really cut corners and it can be a problem. I needed a ride back to the car repair place, and he was very professional. I will definitely call them again if I need my car towed.

Fast and courteous service, always there when I need them. I own a body shop in palatine and use them for my towing and recovery. I would recommend putting them on your contact list.
