They messed up our carry-out order by not including the Filet-O-Fish I requested for my little girl. Not only was she the only one in the car that did not get her food, she was the youngest, coming out of her shell(graduating from chicken nuggets), and disabled. Nobody puts my baby in the corner… Mickey D’s — I’m HATIN this!

I don’t like to admit that I am going to McDonalds. And even if I go there, my expectations are pretty low. After a 10 hour shift with no meal break, I sometime rely on the«24 hour» McDonalds that is on my way home. This particular night I pulled in and waited behind a car for 7 minutes. I was thinking… Geez what the heck are they ordering!!! They finally pulled up. At the speaker I waited… And waited. Nothing. I pulled up to the window. No one there. Finally honked my horn. Someone came to the window and told me they were closed. Ummmm all your lights are on and the website says you are 24 hours. I pulled away annoyed. Then out of curiosity, I called for clarification. It was very rudely explained to me that they were closed from 3:00 until 3:30 and that their computers were not on during that time and the fact that their lights are on is «not their fault because the are on a timer.» I’m sorry. I should have guessed that there was 24 and a half hours in a day and that extra half hour took place between 3:00 and 3:30.

Every time I come here my food is usually wrong. But that’s not the most annoying thing… What drives me nuts is no matter what I order; could be chicken nuggets, could be just fries, could be just coffee… I always have to wait for my order! They always tell me to «pull up». Ugh!

Wow– they got my order right! Looks like they’ve stepped up their game from the past… Would’ve rated it 2 stars before. In the last year, they’ve become friendly, been cleaner and I do have to say I am truly impressed they got my order right on the first try! No mayo– sub ranch, no tomato, add pickles, add little onions. Yeah, being a former employee years ago I can be picky. Good location all around

This is a location that seems very poorly organized. On a Thursday evening, it was staffed by about 10 people, but had very few customers inside. We ordered 2 of the new«Premium» Quarter Pounders. These are simply the old sandwich with new toppings and a $ 4 price tag. Ours were the same lukewarm, dry bun, sandwiches with bacon, lettuce, tomato and some really good spicy mayo. The fries were OK, as usual, but the service was chaotic — it took quite a while despite me being the only person in line at the time.

Talk about bad service. Drive thru is the worst. I sometimes go through to this McD’s as it’s on my way to work. This restaurant seems to not care about their drive thru service as it lacks fluent English people. I am still trying to understand why McD’s doesn’t place Fluent English employee’s in their drive thru which is at least 90% of their business. I can’t start count how many times I got off to get something corrected Why comeback? Hoping they would change. McD’s wake up and smell the rosas or should I said Roses!
