Established in 1984.

D Stallman opened Haskana in 1984 with the understanding that life happens. She was the first beauty school in the area to offer a flexible schedule so students could get their training when it worked for them. 29 years later Haskana Institute of Cosmetology still offers a flexible schedule!

I graduated from Haskana Institute in May of 2005. I further my education by completing the teacher training program at Haskana in 2007. I purchased Haskana in 2010. Being a former student of Haskana I have a student’s view of the program. I have an appreciation of the school because of the flexible schedule and my passion starts here. My vision for Haskana is a professional, high-​end school where students are encourage to want more from themselves and their careers for ½ the prices of other schools in the area. I have a genuine care for each and every student that trains at Haskana. I make it my goal every day to have a personal, yet professional relationship with each student and every client that walks through the door. I strive to provide the students with the best education available: hands on! I also strive to teach the students to provide professional quality salon services at affordable prices.
