I’ve used their drive thru before and had no problem. I walked in today to get breakfast and I have no complaints. Was greeted promptly, my order was correct, and I left a happy customer. They are very clean, take care of the customers quickly and efficiently and they have plenty of unfair and outdoor seating.

Made a morning run to this Dunkin recently but hadnt had the time to write this review until now. Unfortunately, it was easily one of the rudest experiences of my life. Went through the drive thru — sat at the window for a solid 3 minutes shouting hello — which is fine, faulty equipment, I get it. After I pulled around, the lady handed me the order that was for the car behind us(again, naturally). I explained what happened and that we just drove around. She spent the next minute telling me never to do that again and it was my fault and no one on their end heard a ‘ping’. I was very calm in my demeanor when explaining the scenario but she just went off at me while pouring my coffee and handling the exchange of money. Two suggestions I have for this place: The customer is always right, and coffee is an over-saturated market. With this experience, you lost a 2 cup a day coffee drinker FORLIFE. I’ll go to Starbucks where they treat me like a human being… let alone a customer…

Friendly staff. It’s never too crazy busy like some others. Ray is my favorite there, always joking around and great customer service!

Food wise, like any other Dunkin Donuts, you get what you would expect. Decent coffee, especially if you’re from the East coast and like your coffee with lots cream and sugar, and donuts and bagels, breakfast sandwiches, that aren’t horrible. Its about what you would expect from a franchise chain like DD. This is a DD/Baskn’ Robbins hybrid store too, so the standard 31 Flavors is here as well. The food, store cleanliness, etc. Is, like I said, about what you would expect, and I wouldn’t even be writing this review except for the drive through service. Save yourself the headache though and don’t use the drive-thru. Its one of the few«restaurants» in the area who does NOT employ primarily high school age kids, instead relying on older folks instead. which is why what I’m about to say next is so. flabbergasting. Unfortunately, it seems as if none of the employees have been trained, at all. A cup of coffee frequently takes 10 minutes at the drive through, and often even after repeating the order back to you, its missing the sugar or cream or is the wrong size. The same can be said when ordering food items. They repeat the order correctly to you, but use the wrong cream cheese flavor, or wrong bagel. that kind of thing. Additionally, they never, ever, give you a total at the drive through after you order, instead waiting to give you the total when you get to the window. If they haven’t forgotten entirely what it is you’ve ordered by the time you get around the side of the building. If the store was unusually busy this would be forgiveable. But its not, busy, at all, when these things occur. and I probably come through this drive through two times a day fetching coffee for myself as I drive by. Everyone I’ve encountered here the last year or so seems to be nice, just. challenged by the drive-thru. If you go inside the store to order, everything is fine and your in and out in minutes. So in summary, the food and coffee is decent considering where your buying from, and inside service is great. Just avoid the drive-thru and save yourself the headache.
