History

Established in 2005.

Oscar and Jennifer Flynn opened Oscar Giovanni Salon & Spa in Concord, Ohio in 2005, followed by the second location in Moreland Hills in 2011 and most recently, a third location in Chesterland in 2015.

Prior to taking the owner-​plunge in 2005, Oscar and Jennifer worked as hairdressers at upscale Northeast Ohio salons. Having established each of their respective clienteles and garnering some well-​deserved buzz, the next step in their careers became obvious: share their passion and vision with like-​minded creatives. Fast-​forward ten years to 2015 and the Flynn’s are keeping their dream alive by marrying smart business decisions with inspirational leadership and creative drive.
