Our concept is simple — We build one project at a time

As a general contractor, we offer complete home remodeling solutions including new homes, room additions, kitchens, bathrooms, heating and cooling, siding, stonework, concrete, excavation, windows, decks, roofing, hardwood floors, tile floors, and general repairs. Additionally, we offer commercial services including renovations, showrooms, new construction, maintenance, and home owner/​condo association maintenance. Building consultant services are also available to both residential and commercial clients.

History

Established in 1989.

Marks Building Company began in 1989 as Kent Marks Home Improvements. We began as a small to mid size remodeling company focusing on creating efficient living spaces for busy families.

As the needs of our clients expanded, so did we. In 1996 we became a corporation under our current name, Marks Building Company. We expanded our services to include large remodeling projects, new home construction, government projects, and commercial services.

Today, we undertake all of your projects, big or small, as we strive for 110% customer satisfaction.
