With over 30 years of food, beverage and customer service experience. I still have a passion to create events that give a lifetime of special memories. I have owned and worked at several restaurants. The personalized experience with catering is where I excel.

I enjoy many different cuisines. Italian, German, Asian, Spanish, American, middle eastern as well as different styles of preparation like bbq, grilling, sauté.
