History

Established in 1988.

Personal investments including vacant land with construction and the subsequent sales of developed properties led to licensing and the representation of others who were seeking life on Maui and a home to call their own. Business growth continued and caused the creation of the Real Estate And Lifestyle Advisory Group, including hand-​selected agents who represent statewide geographical districts and/​or pricing brackets. Operations are centered out of the Paia office and all business is with Maui’s #1 brokerage, Coldwell Banker Island Properties.

Longtime Maui Resident, Dave Futch

A local Maui resident since 1988, Dave has developed an extensive knowledge of this beautiful island, it’s diverse climates and topographies, and also of the special types of communities around the island. Pick your lifestyle, and Dave can take you there. Passion for the ocean, Maui and Andrea! It was the ocean that brought Dave here. Growing up in Florida, he acquired a lifelong passion for surfing. Dave’s travels took him from Miami to Maui, and also introduced him to his future wife, Andrea. «I fell in love with Andrea, then Maui and the rest is history!»
