Marriott Courtyard Hotel

Hello Beautiful World, it’s a nice place to stay .
Simple but clean and beds are comfortable and clean for good a night there are many more to choose from but I was just tired and took the first one I saw .
The lady in the front desk and the gentleman as well they were okay…
They have basic cable and the Internet it slow not many bars.
But over all okay …

This hotel is difficult to find at night, but take 89 north a couple miles past the first part of Page and then look for the Sleep Inn on the left of 89 — just past the Sleep Inn will be a right-​turn onto Lake Powell Blvd — turn right on Lake Powell Blvd and the Courtyard will be on your right (you need to turn right onto Club House Drive to get to the hotel parking lot and registration area).
A great value during the off-​season. The free breakfast buffett is better than most other hotels of similar classification. The room was clean but ours smelled a little bit like food or something — looking back we should have asked to switch rooms and I am not going to dock the hotel any on their rating since we didn’t ask if they could do anything about the smell or move us to another room.

Not quite as fancy as other Marriotts I have stayed in, but definitely nice. Location was great. Very quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful with info about area. Forgot a charger in room. Called when I returned home on Monday night, received it Wednesday morning by 9am. Great service! Very reasonable rate in February. Does get more expensive starting in March.

This was comfortable, nice room and close to the area for the upper antelope visit, I did not eat breakfast but given the fact I stayed in other Court Yard Marriott, I am sure it was decent†

We have stayed at the Courtyard group of Marriott hotels several times and have had excellent stays every time. So, for our trip to the Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam and Lower Antelope Canyon, there was no question that we would be booking a room at Courtyard Page. There was a line for checking in but it was moving quickly. The front desk clerks were all very friendly. Our room was on the third floor facing the courtyard and swimming pool with a partial view of the Vermillion cliffs. The room was spacious enough for 3 people. The room was clean and well-​furnished. The only things we could criticize about the room were (1) the unreliable Wifi (although we did get a letter from the manager upon check-​in apologizing and explaining about the wifi issue), (2) the hard beds and (3) the issue with the flush in the bathroom. The flush worked BUT there were several times wherein the plug would get dislodged and so the water wouldn’t be collecting in the tank. We had to remove the lid to replace the plug ourselves. Another area for improvement would be to add another lift. There was only one elevator (that we know of) available to the guests. Also, breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate.
Aside from these minor flaws, we really enjoyed our one-​night stay at Courtyard Page. The location is superb and the Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and Glen Canyon Dam are all easily accessible from the hotel.

Great location, comfortable bed and good shower pressure. The options are somewhat limited in Page, so this definitely appears to be the best option. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful to provide a local map and recommendations too.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Page!
Great rooms… Pool & Spa in an inner courtyard.
The restaurant, Peppers, is good.
The staff is friendly and most helpful.
The best point is the view… Just stunning…
The worst point is WiFi… It is the slowest I’ve attempted to use ever and is disappointing for a Marriott property!

The hotel is ok, but the service at the restaurant is horrible. Also some of the
waitstaff was quite rude. Same poor service at breakfast. They say they begin
serving at 6am, but they were not ready and would not seat us at this time both of the
mornings that we were there.

Skip this hotel until they remodel the rooms. The hotel is beautiful. The location is great. Good people and service. BUT the room was in dire need of some TLC. Popcorn ceiling showing stains from water damage, holes, drooping in several areas. Yuch!

What a beautiful place to stay, lake Powell and the Grand Canyon to the west. Great viewing at sunset and sunrise.
The only downside to this property but it affects everyone in the area is slow internet bandwidth, I know the whole community is working on this, so hopefully it will be corrected soon.
BTW, who needs to be spending all their time on the internet, go out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Will definitely stay here again! Love the facility and the surroundings.
FYI: they have a pool, laundry facilities, dining room and lounge.

Check in was quick and friendly.
While this hotel sits atop a hill with some nice views it is very dated. The rooms were clean, beds were very uncomfortable and sheets were very rough. The window AC unit was very noisy. The gift shop was fairly well stocked with local fare and basic needs but not well maintained. The restaurant on property (Peppers) had very good service but the food was just average.
There is little to no cell phone service in the area, at least with AT&T and wifi at the hotel was all but non existent and very slow. You would think a hotel of this size and brand would have the latest technology knowing its guests cannot get cell service but the speed matches the dated look of the hotel.
It is doubtful if we are in the area again we would stay at this hotel.

FYI The do not give any discounts if they are booked 80%. Pricey considering it is in such a remote area. Paid $ 224

Stayed here for a week while visiting Page. The hotel is nice, has a pool, has an onsite restaurant and a great view of the area. The prices are more expensive than the neighboring hotels. You can see many of the canyons here as well as the Glen Canyon dam. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. I wished they had a free breakfast like several of the other hotels in the area but their paid breakfast buffet is pretty good.

The people there were very nice and helpful. I don’t really need much when I go to a hotel so I was very disappointed that the beds were subpar. It’s been 2 nights since I slept there and my back is still a bit tight from my stay. I prefer firm beds, but this one was literally mushy. I don’t think I will staying there again. The staff was what saved this place. I give them props for being friendly and providing courteous service!

The hotel has the best views in town by far. Views of the canyon, the dam, and the golf course. The hotel itself is very clean with a nice Adobe Indian feel to it but not overboard. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!

I came here on early January of 2015 with my fiancée. The hotel was a bit old, but overall everything was good. The room was spacious and with a balcony which is convenient for smokers. My only complain is that the night before I stayed in Vegas, and the hotel which was a luxury one was cheaper that this one! A bit pricey for the season but the location of this hotel is close to the Colorado river and lake Powell. I had a nice and happy stay at this hotel and at Williams.

I gave this hotel a two star because they got everything wrong for us. I made my reservations one week prior, We requested a suite, they told me they didn’t have a suite so when I made the reservations we were offered ” Room Type: Two Room One King Suite w/​Sofa Sleeper”
upon arrival around 6 pm, we were given two double beds,
When I question the person at the counter
They told me they only had a 2 double beds room. No other room available. When I asked about the bar and restaurant I was told that it was closed for the season not enough customers yet they didn’t have the room wish I requested. So we had to go out of the way to go get dinner.
Then for breakfast at the ungodly hour of 7−9am at $ 10.95 a plate, they didn’t open until 7:30.
At 9:00 am coffee 2 cold at the lobby.
The bathroom door was broken. Overall I didn’t have a good experience
I’m very disappointed at this hotel and even madder that they didn’t advise us that the restaurant would be closed when made the reservations.

This is about as good as it gets in Page, and while I send groups here as often as I can, their budget permitting, this is where I ALWAYS stay when I’m in Page.

I stayed here for one night in July 2014 and my experience was very good. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Breakfast is good if it is free, if not then just go to Denny’s which is not far from here. I will stay at this hotel again next time I am in town.
Tip on local time: AZ doesn’t observe daylight savings and both my wife and mine smartphones gets confused by switch back and forth on daylight savings. So if you want a wake up call (during day light saving times), you better off have the hotel do it rather than setting your alarm clock.

TIP #1: Get pool towels from front desk
TIP #2: Buy breakfast at Denny’s across the street. Marriott Breakfast buffet style & you have to cook it. The line for the waffle maker was ridiculous!

* Breakfast is a joke. Make your own waffles — 3 teens and a child were blocking the area to make their waffles which is also the area where you get your plates. You have to toast your own bread. You can pick up a box of cereal and carton of milk. Scrambled eggs were almost out. Eldest daughter got a spoonful. Biscuits & gravy were good. 2 frying pans were available to cook your own eggs.
