McDonald’s

Clueless! I went thru the drive through with my family for breakfast. We ordered 3 combos. Girl that took the money never said a word. Get to the window, get our food and leave. 2 blocks down the road I look and we have 4 biscuits in the bag. That’s it. I go back and go in. The manager asks the problem. I had to tell her the order again because they had given my food to someone else. Well the lady who was supposed to get the biscuits came in mad while I was waiting because she had been waiting 20 minutes for 4 biscuits. She ended up leaving without her food. Meanwhile people came up to the counter to order but didn’t know which combo they wanted cause the dinner menu was still up. The manager said the guy who changes it isn’t here yet. Well I finally get my food and I notice the manager only put 2 hash browns in the bag. I opened it and sure enough I’m short a hash brown. I call it to her attention and she says she will have to drop some more to cook. I didn’t wait. 25 minutes for FAST food. Clueless from top to bottom!

TERRIBLE! I went through drive through after a hard long day at work. The girl at the window who gives you your food was rude, never smiled, & no thank you. 20 mins later when I got home half of the items were not in bag and the items I did have were not dressed according to how I ordered them. Called them they told me to bring them back or there was nothing they could do the girl did offer to give some money in return for the mistake and trouble of driving there. When I did get there a over weight manger who was wearing a name tag that said David started arguing with me about all he would do is replace my food. When I told him I was told I would be compensated a small bit for my trouble he went and found that person & cursed them out in front of me. I never once got a sorry we messed up. I called and spoke to DM he informed me that there was no manger named david, apologized and that was it. I have and never will go back. The food is normally cold and I don’t believe they ever change their oil.
