WORST experience with their office staff. I mean, worst I’ve ever had with anyone. Mainly, they ordered my contacts under my spouse’s name — which is apparently illegal, and messed up our eye insurance. But, before they figured it out, tried to blame it on us! And, in the beginning, the confused guy working couldn’t find the chart, and acted like it was our fault they didn’t have insurance on file — um, it should be on file from the exam!!! He wasn’t going to tell us the cost until we asked him to check.(Girl working — «It’s your job to ask, read the sign.» Um, sign talks about EXAMS, not ordering contacts). The curly-haired girl working was snooty and awful until she realized they really did order contacts under the wrong name. I was annoyed with the confused guy(who looked at us like we had four heads when we asked to use insurance) and the other lady, who was actually arguing with me for being annoyed with him(«Have you ever worked for a medical office?» NO, that’s why you need to guide me! I have, however, worked customer service, and I do not argue with customers), and was like, I’m not coming back. The curly-haired girl, before she realized it was because they filed the previous claim incorrectly, was like, well, you aren’t eligible anyway, so there. Of course, changed her tune when she realized they messed up. I am so angry. They were so rude. Dr. Batts is a good doctor, so the extra star is for him, but his staff ruins the entire experience. I would’ve actually handled their mistake better, if their attitudes hadn’t been weird from the minute we walked in the door.
