Totally top notch. I ordered carry-out catering recently and was highly impressed at their accuracy, efficiency, tastiness, and courtesy for an order that could feed 35+ people. A Paducah gem!

I’m just going to keep the positivity going here, Flamingo Row never disappoints. I’ve been a dozen times and it is always good. Of Paducah’s best restaurants, there are only 2 or 3 that are not downtown, this is the one. Each item is good, but the best things are the Feeding Frenzy Cheese Dip and the Stuffed Breads. The cheese dip is LOADED with meaty-goodness.(Pretty cool that I just used that cliché, right?) The stuffed breads are great because of the price. They are $ 5 less than most other items, but still just as good. Service is always good, but there is often a wait because it’s popular and it is in the commercial area of town. There is also a very good beer selection considering it’s not really a bar-type place. The atmosphere is loud and very colorful! If you’re looking for good food in the mall area that isn’t at a national chain restaurant… this is the place.

Me: Foodie with kids who hates mainstream. This restaurant was right off the highway so wasn’t so far out of our way on the way to Nashville, then further on to Destin area, FL. Service and hospitality was A+. And they had a bar after a long drive. Mixed drinks available, all menu was Caribbean style: and drinks were a little large meaning on the juice portion so if you need to know how much alcohol you are having order a beer or wine.(Not strong drinks but okay: C+) I ordered the fish tacos which were good, and the coconut rice. Coconut rice was not done enough(had that hardness to it). Hubs says shrimp tacos were good, but I would say in a nutshell this is not exactly authentic Caribbean fare, rather a Americanized in Paducah alternative which tries real hard. I’m 99 percent sure it beats going to a chain, which was on the main strip. Festive atmosphere and there were kids everywhere and I looked terrible after traveling all day and it was okay. The kids had this bread with cheese and bacon that they loved so that’s part of the whole deal is that your kids are happy after all day of travels. They made up in stars for being different and extremely hospitable to us, and patient on a busy busy fri eve.

The En Fuego burger had a smoky flavor which made it even more scrumptious. The Neptune Shrimp was very good, but pricey for no more than what you get. The service was speedy and friendly. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. Price is a little high on some items but the quality is totally worth it. They have the best french fries ever, and I’m so happy they brought the Parrothead Pork Bites back – little barbecue sliders with toasted buns and a wonderful barbecue sauce. My mom always gets the Hurricane Hot Brown and says it’s great, too, though I’ve never tried it. I eat there as often as I can when I’m in town! I would definitely recommend to a friend. As other reviewers noted, it tends to be a little chilly in there. If you’re cold natured, bring a jacket!

Great food, but temperature inside was too cold to enjoy it. I’ve ate here numerous times and it is always soooo cold.

Good food with unique seasoning. Food was very good. We were there during quilt week and the place was very busy. The service was great especially considering how busy they were during quilt week.

Visiting the area for work and was highly recommended to check this place out. Perhaps it was all the hype ahead of time… but the outcome did not meet my expectations. Appetizers… Bamboo sticks. Basically cheesy bread sticks. Can’t mess those up. Lots of cheese so that was a plus. Fried green tomatoes. Typical. Nothing outstanding. Came with a dipping sauce(which unfortunately had pineapple and I am allergic) Dinner… Blackened Mahi Mahi, asparagus and grits. The Maha Mahi was way too over seasoned and dry. The asparagus was thin and no seasoning. The grits were good. All in all, I probably would not go back.

Three of us went to lunch upon friend’s recommendation when we went to Paducah on a day trip. Got there before lunch hour rush @11:30am. Service was very slow. Menu looked great and had trouble deciding. I had shrimp tacos and fries. Fries were cold. Tacos were not in tortilla but small pita-type bread. Minimal spices especially for a Caribbean restaurant.

A great stop while on a road trip with our kids! We were fairly hungry, but mostly we needed to GETOUTOFTHECAR! We have two boys… a 4 year old and 10 month old. They were in need of a non-vehicular environment. This place was perfect! An iguana, colorful interior, tasty beans(Which both my boys love, despite the ensuing noxious fart party … while traveling in a car, no less!), clean restrooms for a diaper change, Bob Marley music playing, and a WONDERFULLYSWEET server who calls herself«Crash»… and that is apparently a nickname she has been stuck with for years. I ordered a salad, which was fairly fresh. Husband ordered a dish with Mahi-mahi, asparagus & the jalapeño cheese grits. The food was good. The people were friendly. Thank goodness for the dang iguana. It really tamed my restless 4 year old. I’d stop here again, for sure!

Boring food that tries too hard and cost too much. Nothing simple and not drowned in seasoning.

Good fun. Fun Atmosphere. Wonderful people. We stopped with tired kids after a long drive, and they perked up right away in the fun atmosphere and after meeting the iguana. I had the fish tacos, and the jalapeño grits. YUM. My husband finished his burger off before I could even get a nibble. As a Sconnie, I will mention that, while the beer selection was not huge, it was quite good. I want to stress how family– and kid-friendly this place is. There were lots of families there that night, and the staff was kind and the service was quick. When I left a pair of kids shoes in the bathroom, the staff kindly offered to mail them to me, since we were already out of state. That is the kind of amazing customer service that will keep us loyal diners and Flamingo Row whenever life brings us to Paducah(which is fairly often.)

Awesome eclectic food. Funky Caribbean atmosphere and a number of dishes have that Caribbean flavor. I have never had a bad meal and I love the variety of the menu. One of my favorite places to eat in Paducah.

When roadtripping we like to use Unilocal to find something fun near the interstate. In this case, Flamingo Row. I stepped inside and felt like I was in Destin, not Paducah. It was a fun, clean atmosphere with a tropical menu. We ordered fish tacos, the pimento cheese sandwich, and soup. Everything was good, not great, but good. The pimento cheese sandwich was too much and not tasty. The soup was awesome and the tacos were not the best I’ve ever had but they weren’t bad. All-in-all we enjoyed the total experience and would go back to try different dishes next time we are driving through Kentucky. It beats all the chains for sure and it’s more convenient from the interstate than downtown Paducah.

WOW! What a find. Second time here in Paducah. Finally had some time to eat, Unilocal came through once again. The staff was AWSOME& Rob on his first official day behind the bar was great too. Had the fish tacos with cheesy grits with jalapeños, per the recommendation of other bartender. It was YUMMY, probably best fish tacos I have had in a while and the cheesy grits complimented it well. I also had the black bean soup which was delicious too. Defiantly worth a second trip

This fun, colorful restaurant is a hidden gem in Paducah! Well worth leaving the chain-restaurant row right off the highway. Taylor was a great waitress & the bar offerings were impressive. Next time we need a meal while traveling through town, we’ll stop. Can’t wait to try the coconut shrimp.

Our food was tasty. I think over all its a really cool atmosphere. Some of the season g seemed to overpower the overall concept of the dish, which can happen from time to time. Every dish takes time to tweak for the best flavor blend. We will definitely try it again.

What a magnificent find! On a road trip heading South, googled food and found this amazing place. DELICIOUS. The flavor was beyond what we expect to find just passing through a place. This place is family friendly and spacious so your kids won’t disturb others or you as they burn off in-the-car energy counting flamingos and finding an abundance of colorful decorations. Healthy options for kids and adults! Fresh food with obvious attention to detail. Even the salt and pepper shakers get in on the Caribbean vibe. The iguana is a kid must see — even the lizard is friendly and fun. He danced for us! I enjoyed the black bean soup and the hubby reported the baked potato soup was loaded with bacony goodness — in fact he said it was the best he ever had. Rave reviews for the Jamaican Jam — it’s a must. The Baha Bird was pretty great too with slices of fresh avocado and well seasoned and cooked chicken. Our server was friendly and attentive too! Whenever we drive this way and as long as this place exists we will stop.
