Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this company. The work was expensive ($ 1200 to patch two spots) and both spots continued to leak!
After we had moved and sold the house, thinking the roof had been repaired, the leaks sprouted back up. Now that it wasn’t our house, it was really difficult to get them to return our calls. In fact, it became impossible. We spoke on the phone for nearly 20 minutes one day, all about how they’re reputation is so important. He promised to have a different guy get back in touch that afternoon in an effort to make things right. Never heard back from them.
I don’t want to be «that guy» that complains online about a company, but this is NOT the roofer to use in Paducah. Sorry.
