Since its remodeling this McDonalds has improved a whole lot, i randomly walk in but when i do i noticed the staff is very friendly, fast, and with good customer service. I used to dread coming before cause the staff was rude ass hell.

This drive thru is the worst. DONOT come here unless you have at least 15 minutes to spare waiting in line. I only had 2 cars in front of me and it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. Smh…

After they refurbished the whole restaurant all the employees intend to be rude and not care. A few weeks ago I went late-night through the drive-thru to order a medium size order, we waited for like 20 minutes giving us the wrong order. We called to complain but the manager didn’t seem to care. A few days later I went again in the afternoon to order just one snack-wrap, it took them 10 minutes just to make the damn wrap! The restaurant wasn’t even packed so there was no excuse for there lack. They don’t even call out numbers or names of the order when ready, they just leave the order in the cash register counters. So why do they even have a order screen if they’re not going to use it? Worst service ever! I’m going to end up slapping the sh** to one of these employees.

This is the worst mcdonalds In the valley. They never have egg white delights, apparently they cant do it cause it takes to long to cook the yolk but egg whites have no yolks. They always make you pay cash cause they are updating their systems. Today my boyfriend ordered an egg mcmuffin and it had no cheese.

CLOSED! Empty lot where it should have been. Looks like they’re just starting to build a new one.

I normally like to keep my reviews a little classy, but this place is TRASH! Waited 15minutes(literally, not exaggerating) in the drive-thru last night just to be greeted by a confused attendant. Well, I put my order in and sat there for another 5−7minutes before I escaped through the opening past the menu boxes. I dipped. Forget this place, I took my business to In ‘n Out up the street. Never again. Stay away from the drive-thru. And based on the other reviews, the indoor experience isn’t much better. Just go somewhere else.

Stopped off I-5 to get a sweet tea. My cup had coffee grounds all around it and inside it. I asked for another one and ALLOFTHEM had coffee grounds inside them. How disgusting!!! I mean, how do you get coffee grounds into a stack of cups that’s in a holder? I just threw it away.

We literally wasted 15 mins on drive thru to just tell that they don’t accept credit cards! That according to them the machines haven’t been working, they don’t have any smoothies, they were really rude! Customer services is horrible!

bleh! i already try to stay away from fast food as it is, but lets face it when your busy and on the go its easier to just grab it and go! well i live up the street from this location and well, its the closest Mc Donalds to me, so it is very convenient for me, i love Mc Café, i choose it over starbucks any day! but as for this locations food, its horrible! i love their breakfast my fave is the Mc Griddles but everytme i order them here they are very stale tasting like they reheat it in the microwave, and the worst thing about this Mc Donalds is WARMORANGEJUICE!!! I mean come on really??? WARM??? at least put ice in it! it never fails its always WARM! ugh makes me sick to my stomach! who in the heck wants warm oj??? its pretty nasty, and it happens every time, i always regret going there for breakfast, i have been going to the location near my job if i decide on Mc Donalds breakfast, i can totally tell the DIff!!! they sereve cold OJ and fresh food! so this place is no good, only that it is convenient for me, otherwise i would never go here, and i haven’t been lately till this morning, which again reminded me why i shouldn’t! so here i is… writing this review! with the awful taste of burnt hasbrown soaked in grease… a sloppy stale Mc Griddle, and again WARMOJ! NASTY!!!

The last reviewer remarked«its a McDonalds! What can go wrong?» Plenty. I couldn’t even get an order in! JUST this morning I was at the drive thru at 5am(they’re supposedly open at this time), sat at the drive thru speaker for nearly a full 2 minutes. No response. I thought maybe their hours had changed? I pull around to see… hmm their lights were on? And in the pick up window, behold, there they were, looking like they were having a grand ol’ time chatting & laughing. Fine, but why can’t they be pouring my coffee at the same time? Lol. I sat there in front of the window for another minute, watching, them continue to BS amongst each other while puttering around, not really looking like they were doing a whole lot. I thought maybe I could still get my order in, so I knocked loudly on the window. After the 5th knock, they noticed… but instead of helping me, they looked at me like I was a crazy person. And wouldn’t you know, I saw one of them talking into their headsets… probably talking to my vapor trail«hello are you there?» When I’m NOTTHERE anymore… who is she talking to? There was nobody behind me… MAN you people are SLOW! Physically AND mentally lol! I knocked on the window again. But when I realized the workers in the window were ignoring me on purpose, I gave up… and now my poor co-workers have to suffer in having to be subjected to dealing with a critically under-caffienated me *grrrrr* }:.C All I wanted was one latte… hell, I could’ve even settled for a coffee! Black! Seriously: F-U McDonalds. I’ve always hated you, and if it weren’t for the fact that you’re usually the only place in the area who’s open to serve coffee, you’d never see me again. This experiences just cements my(already negative) opinion about this place.

Oh GAWD… Where do I begin with this place… «Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here» should really be posted on the entrance doors and on the drive-thru entrance. What’s so horrible about this McDonalds? A lot of things. 1. They obliterate orders on a daily basis. It’s so bad that it almost seems intentional. 2. You want to order a sausage mcmuffin with egg? Expect your egg to be raw. 3. You want to order an ice cream cone? Expect it to look like one of the monkeys took a bite out of the ice cream. 4. You want your order to be on time? LOL, give up hope already. 5. You want to… wait, just don’t come here. Avoid it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. The workers are fat and retarded… oh, yeah, and have this sort of hidden attitude problem when you ask them for extra anything. It’s almost as if they transform to Super Sayans(think Goku’s first time) in front of you if you even hint to them that they completely extirpated your order.

I have had bad experience after bad experience with this Mc Donalds, and today I have reached my boiling point. My mom goes to this Mc Donalds every morning to buy herself, my father, and my grandparent’s coffee. Since they are all seniors, she buys the senior coffee because they are all entitled to the discount. This morning she was told that unless all of the seniors were present that they would only honor the price for her coffee. Really? Since when did Mc Donalds start to require proof of age? Is my mom, who buys from their franchise on a daily basis, a lying scam artist trying to con Mc Donalds out of a few pennies every day? Or, is the profit margin on the coffee so thin that they got to hold on to every penny they have? Neither is true I think. My mom makes the run so my dad and grandparents can sleep in, and if that Mc Donalds is so worried about their profit margins, then they should focus on the way they treat people rather than saving a few pennies by treating people like scam artists. The standards and professionalism of this particular franchise have dissuaded me from visiting in the past, but if they are going to treat my mom like a liar, that is a whole different story. If it pains them that much to allow my mom to pick the coffee up for the other seniors she loves, then do not offer the discount. I called the Mc Donalds corporate office to complain after I tried calling the franchise at the number listed on Google five times to no avail, and they said they would handle it. Poor standards, poor management, and bad service. Choose another Mc Donalds.
