big store. usually has things in stock that I need. this isn’t a mechanic garage so I go in knowing what I need. too many people come here and ask 99 questions as if the people working there were master mechanics with 30 years experience; this slows things down and causes long lines. oh and don’t leave your used motor oil outside on the loading dock, it’s illegal and there’s cameras that will take your licence plate info and cops will be called since it’s illegal to dump hazardous materials. use the website to get your part numbers and check inventory and your stop will be less time than you expect

Five stars because of the manager Stevenson and the experience that he made above and beyond a good one. He’s all for the customers and their complete satisfaction… He’s had the patience and knowledge to deal with me and I can ask a question a trillion times before I fully understand and he made sure I left his store completely satisfied and with he results I came in looking for. Stevenson goes above and beyond the extra mile for customers — instead of treating me with disrespect as the manager and employees did at the Foothill location!!!

I’m never doing business with AutoZone ever again. It’s clear that they’re in business to make sales and lack customer satisfaction. Their return policy is a joke. The manager at this location didn’t let me return a part that’s not meant for my vehicle, and now I’m stuck with something I can’t even use just because their return policy states they must return it in the same condition(brand new never been used) that it was bought in. How the heck am I suppose to find out if it works for my car without opening and trying to see if it works? I’d rather take my business to a store that I am confident in that if the part doesn’t work for my vehicle, I can return it without a hassle. Because of this, AutoZone has completely lost any future business or sales from me. AutoZone’s corporate decision makers seem to have forgotten what’s the only thing that’s keeping them in business… their customers!

I was looking for a drive belt tensioner pulley and this place had the pulley as a separate part than the whole tensioner assembly so I saved money just changing the part that was broken instead of the whole thing. They had the part on hold and it really was on hold and in stock when I got there. Good service.
