I have tried to contact Jean with a situation that includes the welfare of my daughter whom is a minor. A report was written and there were statements that were supposedly made by Jean. Called 4 times and sent a letter. Very unprofessional no call back no response to my letter. Very sad. Taking further actions to see if these statements WERE made by her to hold her accountable! I definitely gave her the opportunity to defend herself or apologize. Very disappointed

Jean Taylor is an excellent counselor and she’s located in Pacifica! Very personable, easy to talk to, understanding and empathetic. She provides explanations for why things are how they are & suggestions for change. Probably sounds «weird» but I have really enjoyed our sessions and have come out each time feeling much better and hopeful!
