I love this place. It’s not all kettlebells and you’ll be thankful for that. The workouts are constantly evolving. In about 15 workouts my bodyfat has shrunk 10%. I have lost 5lbs of blubber, gained significantly more tone and self respect. The workouts are closely supervised and the instructor lets you know what muscles you are targeting and how it all fits together in a big picture scenario. If you come in without a well defined goal you’ll leave each day knowing where you are heading. Highly recommend.

Strength Dynamics is awesome! I was a little nervous to try kettle bells at first but Patrick is a great instructor focusing on teaching correct form to build strength and avoid injury. Classes are always fun and different each time. Class sizes are small enough where you get enough attention and instruction and pricing is very reasonable.
