Comcast is worst customer service ever. They don’t deserve any star. Every time I call, I get connected to different country… most of time it’s in the phillipines. Nothing gets resolved. What a nightmare!

This place really isn’t that bad. Of course if you come on the weekend or between 3 – 6 pm on a weekday theres going to be a wait. I’ve been here several times and the longest I’ve ever waited was 15 mins because it was on a weekend. I went at 5:30 pm yesterday and there was no line.
My family has the triple play bundle and the account is under my auntie’s name. She’s usually busy so I take care of this stuff for her. I’ve downgraded cable boxes, returned equipment, picked up modems, and I’ve changed bundles here. And every time I’m here I always ask for an extra remote, HDMI cord, or tri-​color cord because they’re FREEEEEEEE. The only thing I’ve ever paid for was a $ 15 installation fee and I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now.
The one thing that I kind of don’t like is that they don’t ID me. They dont even ask for the last 4 of my aunties social or anything. I’m an authorized user on the account, but what if I was some random stranger? I’m always changing equipment/​bundles so what were to happen if my auntie didn’t agree with the changes? I guess its more of a liability to them than it is to me.

This place is horrible. Ordered the service and it wasn’t working out so returned everything before the deadline which is two weeks after you get your equipment in the mail. Went in sometime in October and the man there said that everything was take. care of. Next month I was getting calls and letters saying that my bill was overdue and that I had never returned equipment also that I had to pay a early termination fee. Went in AGAIN and was told that everything was fixed. It is now January and I’m still getting bills and calls that my service payment is overdue. I just hope this store hasn’t ruined my credit store…

I had been with Comcast for years and when I moved I was looking to reinstall my service. I set up an appointment and waited ALL day for them to show up. Apparently the agent booked me for the next day when I clearly scheduled for a day that I was off.
It worked out great b/​c I switched to AT&T cable and Internet and like it way better.

This company handles business. I had a complaint about my internet and they went above and beyond the call of service to fix it. Never had an outage and love the level of service and online content. Live TV on the web, through the phone… etc.
Now I am stuck in Phoenix with Cox as my option, they have no competition and bill you $$$$$$$ to prove they know it…
Xfinity has a superior internet modem, superior box, superior OS for the box, and better equipment in general… is Cox buying the out of service equipment from Dish and sending it out to customers?

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with phone customer service. No way to contact the local service center to get my physical cable replaced on the street, the phone technicians don’t understand what I’m saying when I ask for a new cable and keep routing me to get a new connector or cable box or something, and the two times out of 10 that I called to get this done, they finally routed me to a repair station (also outsourced) that called me back days later to reinstall and underground cable (2x!) when I told them overhead each time. Then that assistant couldn’t help me get to the right place after another half hour on the phone.
If you ever call, tell them that a tree fell down and broke your cable, or some other reason there is a 100% service interruption, and they’ll jump all over themselves (meaning only a 45 minute phone call) to find a solution to keep you on the teat.

Quick and easy. I’ve heard horror stories about it taking hours to see an agent and I tried at all costs avoiding this place. I felt like an idiot when I came in and only one person was in front of me. I couldn’t stop laughing at myself. Athena helped me, she was great. She helped me lower my costs and was quick about exchanging some equipment for me. I spent less time in the store than I have on just about every phone call I’ve had with Comcast. Great service.

I went back to Comcast after 2 years with AT&T Uverse because of a claimed higher speed of 75 Mbps. It’s more than I needed, but I was paying a little more with AT&T, so I decided to switch. I cut out cable and was just going to use internet.
From the first day until the last day, 4 days later, my internet connection dropped numerous times. The last straw came when I was no an important conference call on Skype for work and I got dropped 3 times within an hour! No dice, Xfinity. I signed up on a 30-​day moneyback guarantee and when I called to cancel after 4 days, the agent told me my balance owed was $ 19.93. That is not 30-​day moneyback guarantee!!! What a ripoff, but even if I have to pay $ 20 to not have to deal with the year-​long commitment of calling into customer service to troubleshoot connectivity issues, it will still be a bargain. Stay as far away from Xfinity services as possible.

Came here to pick up my modem to use Comcast internet services at home and I was done in less than five minutes. Jack was fast and proffesional and he helped me finish with the last details to set up my account and get the service ready. Great way to start!

My phone was dead for a whole week. I called the customer service for assistance. They send a technician to the house he sits in his truck for 10 minutes texting before he decides to get out of the truck. He comes in asked me where the router is I show him then he ask for the outside line. He used my personal ladder without asking comes back in the house not in the house for more than 5 minutes and leaves. Two weeks later I get a charge for the home visit and he lies about the visit saying it was my inside phone line and that’s why I was charged. I called customer service said it was nothing they can do and I have to pay. I don’t recommend Comcast and they could care less for their long time customers.
Don’t use Comcast use another company. Bad bad bad service. Too expensive service always interrupted also.

The black girl working on Monday, October 12^th, 2015 needs to learn some basic manners.

Tanya the sales representative was extremely rude and unwelcoming while helping me return my receivers. Being in customer service myself I would never talk to a customer in the tone that she spoke to me and multiple other customers in. Very unprofessional will not be coming back to this location again.

If you are like the many millions who have cable and/​or internet services through Comcast, Xfinity and Time Warner, you are overpaying for your services and you can save some cash with a phone call.

Mention you are dissatisfied with your bill (especially if you experienced a rate hike and/​or rolled off a promotional rate)
Ask to speak with a retention specialist/​supervisor
Ask about what they can do to retain your business (mention you do not want to add a landline, reduce internet speed, reduce channel listings nor sign a contract)
Ask to retain former promotional rate. If not possible, you can usually shave off some money from your current billl
Using this method, you can reduce your bill by $ 5-​$ 15 per month which can lead to savings of $ 60-​$ 180 per year.

I would like to thank Sonia Pina-​Torres for an excellent and top tier service this afternoon. She realized my wife’s and my concerns and did everything she possibly could to meet our needs. Our 2 year contract was over we wanted to restructure our subscription and pay less each month. Working together, we came to an agreement that satisfied us. This is probably the best service I have every received at Comcast.

I recently dropped off my remote which was no longer signalling properly to the set top box. I got a new remote and set top box. I connected my iphone to the wireless signal, but the email and internet functions wouldn’t work. I called Comcast support 2x, and they could not fix the issue. Both times they said they would send a reset signal which would interrupt the call. Both times they said I would be call back if my call was dropped. Both times, I provided a call back number. Both times I never heard back from Comcast.
Very frustrating, and poor customer service!

I guess when you are at the top of your business you are allowed to give minimal service. Kind of like going to the DMV. Open more offices!!!

I can’t wrap my mind around how a company manages to screw up so consistently on nearly every front.

Comcast is the worst internet company I have ever experienced… and I have lived in India… which has faster phone line internet than comcast’ supposed 60mbps service… which is a joke, it always disconnects.
After calling and trying to resolve the issue, I have been hung up on, had a customer service person be very rude to me… and this horrible company still buys up smaller companies so the customer has no choice in Internet service providers.
The board who is running this company should find a cliff and jump off it. But the whole problem is that they won’t read this message and therein lies the fundamental problem with the company… the owners don’t care about the customer experience.

Comcast claims to take pride in the way that they treat their customers and the way that they deliver their products. But I find this to be a bunch of crap and a sales ploy to get you to spend an enormous amount of money for average quality service at best.
This location in Pacifica specifically has so many issues & so many problems that at times it makes you not even want to deal with Comcast as a company. I generally stay away from this place because of the horrendous long lines & the rude customer service employees. Don’t get me wrong not every single person there is rude but the majority of the times, they are. You can even tell by the Unilocal reviews how every single person who’s done a review has a problem with the way that the employees treat the customers.
The waiting in-​line can take as long as 45 minutes but generally it’s about 30 minutes on average. They have a total of five teller stations to deal with customers, yet there are only two people that ever work. Can someone please explain to me why after seeing long lines and consistent unhappiness, they refuse to employ or schedule more people during their busy hours? It’s like they do it on purpose. Finally, to top it all off they only seem to take cash to pay your bills now. How does that even work?
Comcast needs too get their business in order because they’re losing tons of customers in this area. Due too the ridiculously high prices & the fact that most of the customer service centers, especially this one, are terrible.
