We are a small business which lets us give our customers the attention they need to ensure their job gets proper care. Our specialties are low pressure restoration of siding, wood and roof washing. Proper training and technique ensures that the job is done to industry standards. Please be aware of the chemicals other contractors use. Bleach and Dawn dish soap is not going to give the results you are looking for. Low pressure and proper professional grade chemicals is what makes our job stand out from all others!

I have been in this industry for 15 years and have seen many companies come and go. My specialty comes from the many years I have spent with other companies and realizing that their are much safer and more effective ways to achieve the same or if not, a better result. In 2006 I decided to venture out into the entrepreneurial world and focus around safer and more effective methods. After taking some time to perfect the pressure needed and chemical ratios to properly clean and restore our projects I started C&S Power Washing LLC.
