Come experience authentic Ayurveda’s detoxifying and rejuvenating treatments to return to your best health and well-​being. Surya is in a quiet canyon in Pacific Palisades, and Panchakarma is offered in four-​hour daily sessions, including an organic, farmer’s market Ayurvedic lunch. Oils and herbs at Surya are organic or wild-​crafted, and everything is hand-​made, including your daily treatment oils, which are herbalized and cooked each night according to your changing situation.

Established in 1999.

Martha Soffer started Surya Spa after her education in Ayurveda at Maharishi University over two and a half decades ago. Specializing in pulse diagnosis, Ayurvedic treatments and Panchakarma Series, the personalized and traditional treatments at Surya have evolved into transformative experiences, on every level. Surya is located in a quiet neighborhood, with wonderful views of the ocean from the treatment rooms. It has evolved into a hidden gem, and exists to serve each of its guests, in every way that authentic Ayurveda can.
