Reconnect is a transformational outpatient center specializing in treating the real causes of addiction, depression and anxiety by addressing TRAUMA with individual, intensive therapy and healing.

By deeply exploring underlying trauma, we approach post traumatic stress disorder, addiction, and mood disorders with an elevated sense of awareness, compassion and knowledge. The result is a sense of reconnection with one’s self.

History

Established in 2014.

We recently opened the doors to clients and we welcome you to explore our website and contact us with any questions you have about our program. We know it is difficult coping with trauma while at the same time searching for the right program. We believe that trauma therapy works when the person is ready – we will not try to convince you, pressure you, or minimize your concerns in order for you to come to our program. When you decide to call, we will present you with information on our team of clinicians, our therapeutic approach, the logistics of the program and try to answer any other questions you may have.

Business Owner

Dr. Darsa is a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of trauma. She was also co-​creator of the Invisible War Recovery Program, which was designed to treat military sexual trauma survivors.

Dr. Darsa began her career as a foster care social worker in 1998. Subsequently, she continued her work as a therapist for abused children and their families, and with adults who were abused as children. In the last few years, Dr. Darsa had worked as a trauma specialist at various treatment centers (Clearview Treatment Center, Moonview Sanctuary, and PCH Treatment Center) and co-​founded Serenity Trauma Healing Center before branching off to Reconnect.

Dr. Darsa completed Level III in Brainspotting; Level I and II trainings in EMDR, studied Somatic Experiencing, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy trauma training. In 2002 she began 12 years of study with Christine Schenk, founder of the CHRIS-​Technique, a very unique energy work focused on teaching clients how to ground themselves in their
