I didn’t respond to the messages from the owner or Azie N. because they were harassing and intimidating. Azie N., who wrote the first review about this company, emailed me and threatened bad karma and used profanity. Customers should be able to make an educated decision about this company and not risk losing thousands of dollars on garments. I had posted a photo of my dress, but they had Unilocal take it down, so how is anyone suppose to see what damage was done? They only contacted me when they were unable to remove my review. I question the legitimacy of their reviews because I am being harassed by a customer. In terms of karma, I will be helping others make an informed decision about this company and its practices.

I work in the area and this place has better prices then cleaners in my area and they are Green too. Good coupon deals as well! Friendly people and a welcoming environment, what more could you ask for.

Although I was not able to use Prestige, because I was out of their area. Frank was
very amazing, professional and very helpful. He tried to help me find someone in my area to get the work done and I would recommend him just for his GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I appreciated his help!
